To assist us in improving our quality control, could you please provide photos of the issue, including the packaging sending them to sales@mediastorehouse.com. A quick snapshot from your phone would be perfect. Once we receive the photos, we will promptly arrange a free replacement for you, and you won't need to return the damaged item.

My order was delivered promptly but…
My order was delivered promptly but unfortunately the 'contents' were discovered damaged on opening - not the fault of Media Storehouse but rather DPD who made the delivery. On advising Media Storehouse they dispatched a replacement without delay. So almost full marks awarded - just deducted one star as damaged item needed replacing.
