Nearly a year later and no response.
Well I emailed Media Storehouse in December 2023 requesting a copy of a front page of a local newspaper. The article description and date of the publication was given. To date I haven’t had any reply despite emailing a further 2 times to chase the request.

They have a range of images. They will make it right if the image gets lost in the mail.
I appreciate that Alamy had the image I needed for a project. When it didn't arrive by the promised date, I inquired and received an answer. The first photo was apparently lost in transit. They made it right by sending me another photo.

I wanted 5 A4 excellent quality prints…
I wanted 5 A4 excellent quality prints of Copyrighted imagery from illustrative art between 1890 and 1930.
All 5 were available on the Media Storehouse database and straightforwardly ordered along with the imagery documentation reproduced on the back.
VERY pleased with the end product which came neatly and protectively packed so that it would make its way through the Postal System undamaged.

Very efficient delivery service but…!!
Very efficient delivery service but quite expensive. Quality of jigsaw could be better. Picture was a little blurred which made finding a lot of the pieces very hard.
Overall I’m pleased as one of the riders featured is a very good friend of mine and raced on The Isle of Man TT many times when he was a young man.

Great quality prints, swift service. And the product was perfectly protected within the delivery box. I was worried it could be damaged in transit, but it was incredibly well protected.

Packaging inadequate
Unfortunately the packaging used allows the photo to be bent . You very kindly sent a replacement free of charge however this was also bent even though handed directly to me by the postman .
