A bit mixed
A good quality print, but spoilt by slight creasing of small part of one edge. A very small defect which I can rectify, but more care in packaging is needed.

Image size
I ordered an 8x10 photo, it happens to be a photo of my brother from 1967. The actual image size of the photo is 6-1/2 by 10. You should use the image size of a photo in your descriptions.

Each print is made to order, and the final image layout depends on the aspect ratio of the original photograph compared to the selected product size. To accommodate this, we offer two layout options: Print the Entire Image or Zoom and Crop. Only one can be selected, and we provide a clear visual preview of the layout at the product page stage and again in the shopping cart, where cropping adjustments can also be made.
We can confirm that your order was produced exactly to the specifications selected at checkout and hope this explanation clarifies the situation.

I spent some time searching for images…
I spent some time searching for images that would help in a family history thing I'm doing. I found 2 images that instantly resonated with persons and timeline period. I initially looked for 6×4 image size, but nothing came up. I chose as alternative larger prints in card form which are superb. Reasonably priced too. Both in black and white really enhance the look and feel that I wanted to help bring late family members childhood, for me, to life. Thankyou Media Storehouse 💫

We're delighted to hear you're happy with the quality of the jigsaw pieces. While we don’t currently have a video we understand that black and white puzzles can be especially challenging. Here are some tips that might help:
Sort by shape and edge: Since color cues are limited, focus on sorting pieces by shape—look for straight edges to build the border first, and group pieces by the type of tabs and blanks they have.
Look for patterns and shades: Even in black and white, there are subtle differences in shading, texture, or printed patterns. Try grouping pieces with similar tones or patterns together.
Work in small sections: Concentrate on assembling small, manageable areas and then connect them together.
Use good lighting: Bright, even lighting can help you spot subtle differences between pieces.
Be patient and take breaks: Sometimes a fresh look after a short break can make a big difference!

Dear Media Storehouse,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding an order I placed 20 days ago — a painting I was very much looking forward to receiving.
Unfortunately, I have no idea where the package is, when (or if) it will arrive, and tracking information has been of no help. I have also been unable to get in touch with Royal Mail, which has been a terrible experience in itself. Their service has been extremely disappointing.
I would appreciate your urgent assistance in locating my order and providing a clear update. If delivery cannot be guaranteed within a reasonable time, I would like to discuss a refund.
