I got exactly what I wanted
I got exactly what I wanted. A perfectly framed art print of my chosen subject that looks exactly as it does in the website mockup. It's rare that you get exactly what you want when you order stuff online. The prices are just right, too. ADDENDUM: the very day after this review was eyeballed, the prices shot up by up to $30 per print. LOL - clearly, in the world of marketing "the price is right" means "we can charge more for this". OK - the price is no longer right so I will not be ordering any more

We would also like to apologise for any confusion regarding our pricing. However, we can confirm that we have not increased our prices. From time to time, factors such as website glitches, or viewing products on our UK or US stores can cause price differences to appear, but there has been no intentional price increase on our part.

Expensive art print arrived with…
Expensive art print arrived with buckled edges and creased. This was due to very poor packaging.
No reply to my email highlighting the issue which is a pity because the actual print was fantastic and I would have ordered from them again

Lost shipment resolved without too much hassle
After the package was lost in delivery and a negative review was left, these guys made it right by refunding after a few emails back and forth without having to lodge anything externally. If I didn’t need it for a specific event I would have reordered, but they understood and fixed it with a refund. I would use again.
