Very frustrating making a claim through…
Very frustrating making a claim through Medicash - I frequently have to resubmit claims or follow up with phone calls as the receipts submitted as proof of the claim aren’t looked at properly or I’m asked for information which has already been provided.

I went to Rodney St
I went to Rodney St, Liverpool to get a Consultation on my Knee pain & sent receipt to Medicash & they refused to pay due to Qualifications of Doctor.

We do occasionally require additional information to help verify a claim, including the name and qualifications of the person providing the treatment, in this case to check that consultant was registered of the GMC Specialist Register in the appropriate specialty. This is common practice across all insurers in a regulated market such as ours.

Good coverage but they make it so hard…
Good coverage but they make it so hard to claim, I feel like its on purpose.
They want documentation in such an exact format, but my dentist etc doesnt care im on a cash plan, they have the docs they have and wont change the way they do things just for me.
Ive been on two different cash plans before and they havent made it this difficult.
