The service was quick

The service was quick, I had delivery in 3 days! Packing was a little crude, I ordered brass tubing (square) and it was packaged with 4 pieces in shipping tube without any wrapping on individual pieces and the brass was scraped.

Using the perforated .12 stainless…

Using the perforated .12 stainless steel was fantastic as replacement grill grates. It worked great and no warping. Also because the holes are so small I can grill veggies directly on it next to the brats. I love this company. I had to make a change after ordering and they were very responsive and helpful. I always have a project going on so I’m sure I will be ordering again soon. Also the shipping was quick too.

Two small pieces of 6061, nicely cut: I'm happy

I ordered two small pieces of 6061 aluminum from Online Metals for use in an electronic metalworking project. The pieces arrived early, were well-packed, and so nicely cut that five minutes of light filing made them ready for use. I've had a number of similar and very satisfying experiences in ordering from Online Metals. I've been a satisfied customer for several years, and recommend them for their service and the range of materials they provide.

They mark up, then have a "sale"

I've been doing business with these guys for years and they are slippery. When they have cash flow issues, they have sales, but beware....For example, they're currently running a 35% off sale. I went to reorder and the items were MARKED UP 35% from my previous order. You can make your own conclusions.
