I’ve used Pets4Homes multiple times now when finding a new pet! It is super straightforward to find an animal using their search, and you can get email alerts about new hits on your search which makes identifying new ads really easy. I also highly recommend paying through the app as I didn’t realise that you get a lot of protection when bringing your new pet home, and also free insurance (which I wish I knew before I picked up my pet). Overall a great user experience and I’m a happy animal parent as a result!

Having found my dream dog, the whole process from arranging a visit to finally collection & payment, was made so much easier by Pets4homes.
Should I be in the position of wanting another dog in the future, they would be my 1st port of call.

The puppy, who we have since named Freddie, was advertised as being microchipped, vet-checked and vaccinated. However, when we contacted the seller on several occasions, excuses were made, and none of these things had been done. We were also told that the mother had allegedly died.
We were extremely concerned about Freddie’s welfare and felt we could not simply leave him in that situation.
I would particularly like to praise Learda at Pets4Homes, who was fantastic throughout. She contacted the seller on more than one occasion and was extremely helpful, supportive and understanding. If I were rating the customer service and support we received from Pets4Homes, it would most definitely be five stars.
Since coming home with us, Freddie has had a thorough health check, been vaccinated and microchipped. Thankfully, he is doing well and is now going to have the loving family home he deserves.
Although our experience with the seller was disappointing, I am very grateful to Learda for her help and support. I wanted to make this distinction clear because the issue was with the seller, not Pets4Homes.

Becareful using this website, i messaged a seller, was asked to pay a deposit for a puppy, unfortunatly it was a scam, i lost £300 and didnt get a puppy, the seller is still on there advertising the same puppy i have reserved.

Weird and oddly unsettling. After several attempts to express interest in a new dog with zero responses, one seller advertising a spaniel for £950 replied and subsequently arranged for us to go see the dog at an address. When we arrived there, the name of the seller didn't correspond to the pile of parcels on the doorstep, nobody answered the door and there wasn't even a sign of life inside. This is a very small flat, no private outside space, seemed very run down and no place for a dog. When I messaged, after a short delay the seller claimed to be "outside" and couldn't see me. No indication they heard a doorbell and when I questioned about the parcel being in a different name they went silent. I am perplexed by the whole experience but left feeling really unnerved by the whole thing, it just felt off. If you're looking for a dog, go via approved sellers, people you know or dogs homes - do NOT use this website.

Absolutely great website, easy to buy and also easy to advertise. They cater for everything even safe deposits etc.

I found the Pets4Homes website really easy to navigate. I was especially happy with the guarantees and the fact they hold the money securely — you never fully know what you’re buying, so it definitely gave me peace of mind. Even though our pup is home now, I’m glad to know we’re still covered if anything does come up.

Easy to use, great service, and my friends and I have used this site to rehome pets before. Wonderful.

Really good App. You can narrow down your search to what your looking for and mile radius. Also get emails when new adverts are put on there. Definitely recommend.

I've been selling on Pets4homes for several years now, it's straightforward and easy to load your listings and it is a safe way to advertise your pets for sale.
It's also easy to find the power you are looking for using the search filters.
I like how they protect buyers and sellers so both parties feel confident about using the site.
It's the only selling site that I'm comfortable using to both buy and sell pets.

I'm interested the pets you show I'm especially keen on english springer spaniel I'm a bit tied this year but keep looking for the springer all my ties will be finished before Xmas and hopefully the right english springer spaniel will come from pets4homes

I bought a puppy through this site. Instantly able to message the sellers and the site guided you through each stage of the process from viewing and choosing your puppy paying a deposit held securely and the final exchange at pickup. Everything felt professional and safe for both sides but also friendly and easy to follow instructions at each step.

It was great for keeping both parties connected. Also keeping you informed of payment and not releasing the money till you had picked up your pet. The whole experience went smoothly and would recommend to a friend.

Never used Pets4homes before but found the whole process easy to follow, contacted the breeder and had a facetime call and was able to meet the week old pups, we then arranged a convenient time to go and choose our pup at 5 weeks old and had plenty of messages where I could ask questions. Payment was easy I used the links to pay the deposit and then confirmed collection and payment on the day we collected our 8 week old goldador puppy called Norris.

Pets4homes is easy to use website for any one looking for a pet.I am looking for puppy/or to rehome a dog - not sure what breed so the information given regarding different breeds is invaluable.

I’m incredibly disappointed with Pets4homes. We sadly lost our beloved 3 year old cocker spaniel 5 months ago. The loss of our beloved dog has caused tremendous pain and sadness for our family and especially my kids who cries every day.After having made the decision to look for another dog and open our hearts to receive and to give love to a furry family member we found this precious puppy from a lady at Pets4homes.
Today I got in touch with a seller named Lydia Smith. She was super insistent about me paying her via cash only…. I said NO (red flag straight away). She then asked me to pay via transfer I said no again.At the end she set it up so I could pay her via Pets4homes. I paid the deposit supposed to be £300 and Pets4homes took £423.50. I thought thats odd but might be a portion added for some reason.
After paying I carried on chatting with the seller about what day I could pick her up etc. She then was like “I can bring her to you”. I didn’t like that because I wanted to see the puppy with the mother(the one on the photo).She started insisting on talking over the phone and could she call me?mSo I said ok. After she hang up something didn’t seem right so I googled the photo and turns out she advertised the same puppy on Freeads along other dogs but with a completely different mother. Also the puppies were supposed to be having their mum milk but the photo looked fabricated or not even real as the supposed mother had boobies totally flat (not filled with milk). My instincts were right and this breeder is NOT genuine. She is not following the Pets4homes policy guidelines and her account should be taken down. I have emailed them several times throughout the day without any response from them so far and guess what? Her advert is still up which means she’s still trying to sell that puppy and surely scamming others on the platform. Pets4homes must take action NOW and prohibit her from selling dogs. This is disturbing and disgusting behaviour from this woman. I’m waiting to hear back from them and get my money back or I will escalate this matter.

After numerous emails back and forth I can confirm that I had a positive response from them and my money back.
