I used petsafe deposit was paid fine the person came collected the item and confirmed that petsafe kept them money as I did not receive it petsafe is not petsafe at all,no contact number to speak to anyone just a bot with recurring answers

Found my little dog on here. So very happy about that.. the finding your area could be a little better to sort out, but overall I have never had a problem with the adverts or contacting a breeder or owner.
A very safe site to use, and their now deposit addition, is a very good idea. I will only use the site when looking for a pet. And encourage my friends to use it too.

Everything was quite simple, all navigation is on the site. You choose your type of pet , male or female and how far you would like to travel to get it. Payment would need to be agree with seller and pickup time . I did bought and sell pets before on this site, so far didn’t have any problem. Counting being a member, for over 8 years I say,I will prefer this site to any other out there.

Had a fantastic experience with pets 4 home plenty of details of my breeder she was very informative , reliable service would highly recommend using pets 4 home and my breeder she answered all my questions very quickly allowed me to view the puppies . When I chose my puppy I was given a puppy pack full of goodies my puppy was fully vaccinated and ready to go she’s in great shape she’s settled in really well im absolutely delighted

Took my money for an add and closed it for no reason right when I was about to sell all my kittens. The customer service representative, Darcy also did not help at all. Pretty much told me she’s not helping me. Appalling customer service and bad business. They want to take your money and not provide the service they promised. Use ANY other platform. Don’t let them keep getting away with this. Imagine the thousands of people they scam out of money everyday.

UPDATE: They’ve decided to take another £3.99 out of my account, contacted the support and heard nothing back. This is daylight robbery. I am beyond furious.

SECOND UPDATE: Still can’t get hold of their team. They are scammers.

From seeing the advert , through communication with the breeder to the actual closure of the whole procedure with Pets4homes was an excellent experience !

I am a return customer. The website search engine is excellent and has many MANY filters for people wanting anything specific in terms of breed / age / location/ cost etc etc. previously, the customer services team helped immediately when a seller went non-communicative after accepting a deposit. This was returned quickly upon review with fantastic communication from the staff.

Great website very trustworthy great breeder found on the website and the entire process was very easy, transparent and safe. We could communicate via the website payment was safe through the site. Very good of you want to be safe buying from a trusted seller and have your money protected. Highly recommended for when looking to buy your new pet for your home. Also got 5 weeks free pet insurance so was a great experience overall.

Don’t buy hamsters from pets for homes my daughter bought 1 with overshot jaw took to vets charged £160 to file its teeth down and needs doing again after 6 wks

I felt confident that my money was safe. You kept me updated about messages and viewings were easy to arrange.
The health cover and 5 week pet insurance gave me peace of mind.

They don't check any of their sellers.

I was sold a puppy with parvovirus, by someone using a fake name, and Pets4Homes refuse to help whatsoever.

I had the puppy for 1 week, and got in to so much debt with vets bills, as no insurance covers in the first week of policy, and by that point it's 'an existing condition'.

Everything they state on their website is a lie. I have in writing from their reps that they DO NOT check breeders, or their claims.

Not only do they allow this, it took them almost 2 weeks to remove the listing, despite me reporting he came from the breeder with parvovirus, meaning the rest had it too. By that time, the litter had sold.

It's misleading and the site and slogans are flat out lies.

You CAN NOT be assured you're dealing with responsible breeders. They're complicit in puppy farming and outright refuse to do anything about it.

Do not use this site. I've since found out they've been investigated out outed multiple times in the past for these shady practices.

To their reply: I’ve already been dealing with ‘support’. A good 40 emails. I didn’t arrive at this review in the heat of the moment. I’ve been in touch with a few investigative journalists since. Quite a lot of people looking in to these already. Watch this space.

I have been looking at getting a new pup & I think pets4home is brilliant because of the way it’s set up.Its so easy to use & every detail is covered which gives me as a potential new dog owner some comfort.

It was such a simple & efficient process…
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pet4homes again
