Efficent website, better than the rest and leading to quick and easy ordering, followed by similar standard of delivery.

Price was good and delivery was reasonable

It is now 8 days since my item was picked up by carrier ( ROYAL MAIL ). It is only a bathroom plug !!!
How much longer will I have to wait so that I can SEND IT BACK and order one from another company and receive it the next day.
You are only getting one star as I couldn't proceed with the review without entering something, otherwise it would have been minus 5*..

Item ordered online and paid for 15 Feb. Today is 26 Feb. Website claims to deliver withing 5 days from order. No humanly understandable tracking number provided which makes me think it is still not despatched.

I ordered a megaflo on the same day from another vendor. That arrived well before it's time.

Thank goodness I am not a gas installer, else I would have lost the business.

Suppliers should know time is money. When they don't communicate to buyers about any delays, they deserve loss of business for them through negative reviews.

Unlikely to be a repeat customer

Update 27 Feb 2023

Item delivered today. The delivery chap decided to roll the box inside in to my hallway, even when the box states, keep upright. 😔

The supplier instead of admitting to their mistake are accusing me to be a liar. Here is the email I received 23 Feb. Keep in mind I placed the order on the 15th.

"Hi, I did call yesterday. The order is going out today and will be with you tomorrow sorry for the delay with your appreciated order."

This email was implicit that the item was to be delivered on 24th Feb. I have not once had a call nor received any mails suggesting the delivery will be delayed. Sir, I am an accountant and come from a professional background. I gain nothing in lying to you. All I wanted was a boiler for my home.

Not only is this supplier poor at communicating, they sadly do not want me as a repeat customer and put things right. 😔. I would have changed the rating to positive had this supplier not accused me of lying 🤥

A business is only successful if it behaves professionally and have good ethics. Sadly, this was not demonstrated on this purchase.

Extremely good service from ordering online to delivery, kept you informed of tracking and delivery date as scheduled friendly delivery service.

We’ll packed could have done a little more on the tracking side off things had to chase up we’re the radiator was. Them parcel force didn’t inform me on there arrival but it was good and David in your office was helpful on the phone.

Speedy delivery not fitted yet but exactly as advertised

Needed a large radiator and Pete from Plumhub did a great job, confirming that he had the rad in stock at his main supplier and ordering it for me with immediate delivery.
Rad was delivered, on time and in perfect condition.
