Bought an insulating jacket for the hot water cylinder, best price I could find and reasonable delivery options.

Ordered a week ago. Tracked on EVri Saturday - an apology notice and est delivery date of 19th obviously gone. Now tracking says waiting for parcel from supplier. DO NOT USE EVRI!

The Mangers cylinder jacket was at a competative price and was delivered promptly. It was just the right size for our small hot water cylinder 36"x18". Easy to fit. The four tapes provided were rather narrow, but each went round twice which helped.

Used these a couple of times now, no issues whatsoever. Also very helpful.

Product & prices great, but delivery could have been quicker

Excellent service. I have used this company before and are once again very pleased with the experience.

Purchasing via the website was seamless and looks a decent product but the delivery was overly complicated, not express as stated ( said would take 2-3 days and was classed as ‘express’ on the description with no other options, a third party had to phone to organise the delivery and didn’t do that til the third day), and a ridiculous amount of excessive packaging (partial crate for a small (albeit 1800mm long) relatively light radiator, of which the radiator was hanging out the bottom of the crate when it arrived!), and gives us extra hassle to get rid of. Not quite sure why I had to pay £24 for “express” delivery. If it isn’t express delivery then please do not call it such on the delivery option to manage customer expectation.

Simple to order, good price, good product - whatelse do you want?

Negative experience:(. Radiators ordered at the end of August. Delivered radiators after a five days been demaged and delivery has a missing radiator. Nobody give us a message or call. After a month we still have an issue. The replacement parts are still on their "way"to us, only we recieved is the sellers promise which is seems nothing. They told us as an exuse that the suplier hasn't responded to their concerne. Never gonna use them again.
My adviceis :use somebody else
