I recently purchased a car from Audi in Poole
and the experience was excellent from start to finish but one you would expect from a professional team. From the moment my wife and I walked walked into the showroom, we were warmly greeted by a young polite lady from reception i believe was Ella, asking if we wanted any refreshments which my wife gratefully accepted and was kept topped up throughout our visit, an excellent host to say the least.

For our visit, we were dealt with by Lucy Wadwell who was very professional and never once made us feel pressured, taking the time to understand our needs answering our questions and going the extra mile. Lucy is a great ambassador for Audi.

On collecting the car, an Audi Q4 Etron, it was prepared to a very high standard and wrapped up with a bow and a bottle of prosecco, little touches but one that elevates the buying experience with my wife loving the car.

Having the car now for three weeks we have had one minor glitch but their service department have gone out the way to assist and offering a courtesy car whilst mine ours will be in. So not just a great experience from sales but also from service as well

From start to finish Poole Audi were great with helping me purchase my new vehicle. Lots of used and new car options available. Sam F helped me purchase my new vehicle, explained things well and gave me the space and time I needed to make the all important decision. The showroom is huge with lots of on site parking and everyone was super friendly.

From my initial contact until collecting my Audi Q5 the used approved car buying experience through Poole Audi was fantastic. The sales executive, Ryan Winsor, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the Audi brand and he was very proactive and responsive in getting a satisfactory part exchange value and in making all the necessary arrangements for the handover day. The new car was immaculately presented and all the documentation etc prepared and ready. I’ve bought several cars in the past from different Audi dealerships and this was by far the most organised and seamless process to date. Ryan contacted me the day after purchase and a week later to see how things were going with the car and to offer ongoing support if required. Overall it was a great service from Ryan and from Poole Audi.

Overall, my experience was positive. The team provided a good level of service throughout the buying process, and communication was responsive whenever I needed updates or assistance. The car was prepared and presented well on collection, which made a great first impression.

The handover process was smooth and straightforward, and everything felt professional and well organised.

There were a couple of small issues that needed to be sorted after collection, but I really appreciated the way the company handled them. They took the concerns seriously, communicated well, and worked with me to get everything resolved properly. For me, that says a lot about the level of service, because it is not just about selling the car, but also about supporting the customer afterwards.

Overall, it was a good buying experience, and I felt the team genuinely tried to make the whole process as easy and positive as possible.

Disappointing experience, unfortunately. Not only that we didn’t get contacted, as promised, to get a couple of things fixed after we purchased the car but also I’ve been waiting for a reply on an email for weeks now and still nothing. I’ve given it enough time. The only time I got contacted is to remind me to give feedback. I’ve been an Audi customer for years and visited various branches but this one in particular hasn’t provided the usual high standard of customer service. Shame I had no choice but to leave a negative review, this wasn’t a massive issue that could’ve easily been sorted.

Salesman listened to my requirements and found several cars which were ideal and I chose my favourite car .The garage kept me informed of production date, arrival in uk and my collection date .They were very helpful and gave me excellent service.

Cavin Sewell was exceptionally efficient knowledgeable and did not pull the wool over one’s eyes. His manner was confident and assertive and one felt he was someone you could trust. No stone was unturned - he was thorough throughout the transaction, Poole Audi are lucky to have such a gem in their team

Failed again.
Car booked in for a MOT on 4th March, which thankfully it passed. The customer service was excellent with frequent cups of hot chocolate.
We were shown a video made by the technician of a chirping bird like noise from the radiator area. After some discssion it was agreed that our customer service lady would contact us to arrange a suitable date to have this investigated. This has not yet happened. However the noise has now stopped so it is not a problem.

From start to finish the customer service was top tier. It was a quick and smooth process and I was kept up to date and informed about everything.
