Superbly helpful and personable staff, who gave frank and open advice and helped us make decisions regarding our car chose.
Trading in was made easy, along with hand over of cars and documentation.
Clear explanation and walk through of new cars key features and workings.
As promised, follow up calls were made and checks that all was well. Would certainly recommend and will be back again when we need a replacement car.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. New Audi A3 Hybrid booked in for a complete lack of heating while in electric mode. Fix should have been 2 days, 10 days later problem not resolved. No replacement vehicle, Audi technical very slow to offer resolution. Communication with Audi Poole and Audi UK has been very sadly lacking. This is my third new Audi, but I’m afraid never again. As a good customer, I’m not valued at all. Sad, but Audi need to get their house in order.

We placed our order for a new Q3 which would be arriving the day we returned from a two week holiday. Daniel Worsdell our Audi rep arranged everything to enable us to pick up the vehicle on the day we arrived back in the UK. All with no hiccups or fuss. He couldn't have been more helpful.

Does it get any better...
Having recently purchased a used Audi from a car dealer, I was a little anxious as the air con wasn't working. The car dealer offered to get it sorted, but I decided to pay the extra and have a main dealer check it over for peace of mind.
May I say Poole Audi were so thorough, and found a faulty glow plug, a filler cap issue, and a faulty seal in the rear light. It get's better... Whilst this was all going on, my Wife was receiving the most wonderful massage in their Beauty salon. Not joking, they actually have a beauty salon!!!
On top of this the car was cleaned free of charge.
Needless to say we will be returning to Poole Audi ;0)
