Your website is a little clunky and you offered me 10% off my first order and the code that you provided did not work. It said that the items that I was purchasing did not meet criteria.

Either give a discount or don't but do not say there is a special offer and then don't honor it.

it was easy to find what I needed, and check out.

I ordered a brace for my left thumb's basal joint arthritis on 6/16/2025. I immediately received a confirmation email from "REHAB STORE", which said that they would send a confirmation when my order ships. Ten days later, after notreceiving any email and really needing the brace urgently
for my pain, I attempted to call the business. I was on hold for over 20 minutes with no hold message, and finally used the chat feature to contact the business. Someone in India answered and told me that I would receive a shipping confirmation in 2-3 days. That never happened. At this point I ordered the item from a more reputable company and received it within a few days. On July 10th I
filed a dispute with PayPal. They temporarily credited my account for the $99 cost of the brace while seeking information from REHAB STORE. PayPal said the store had 10 days to respond. On the 10th day, PayPal, not REHAB STORE, sent me a tracking number for the item, which was delivered 2 days later. PayPal subsequently debited the $99 from my account.

I never ever received any communication from
REHAB STORE after the first order confirmation, and I suspect that they only finally shipped the package
because they didn't want to damage their reputation with PayPal. The company has nonexistent customer service even if you manage with great difficulty to get through via
phone or chat. They will just tell you to wait, but nothing will happen.

I would like a full refund from the company for
all the wasted time and energy and weeks going withoutthe brace. I am happy to return the brace that they finally sent, since I never used it. But they have not sent me a return shipping label even though I requested one days
ago when I finally got through on the phone. They gave the ridiculous, "You'll receive an email with a shipping label in 3-5 days". That is absurd since any other company would send a return label within minutes.

Do not buy from REHAB STORE!!!

Got exactly what I needed and promptly delivered. Being unfamiliar with the item, the description was very helpful.

I ordered a Breg ice machine cooling wrap, they said they tried several times to reach me (no), that it required a prescription (it doesn't) and finally said it was of stock. They never issued a refund even after several attempts to get the credit. Finally I went through my CC company. I'd say a "fly by night" reseller.

Initial order started June 19th.Contacted July 3rd to find out why it hadn't shipped.Told me they would check.Finally the 7th a shipping label was created but no product yet.I called and was told after the person called the manufacturer that it will ship out asap.9th,still no shipping info with UPS. Called and gave them til the 9th or cxl
NOW im reading these horrifying emails..Wtf..And yes ,customer service is located in India

Ease of finding the correct parts

I ordered something small from this website and failed to check Trustpilot before buying. Two stars because I finally received it. I ordered in early May, received a confirmation email immediately upon ordering, and no communication after that. Shipping was supposed to be 5-7 business days. I waited a few weeks before calling and the agent at their call center told me there was a delay and it would be 6-7 more business days. I asked if there would be a shipping notification email when it finally went out and he said yes. I finally got a shipping notification mid-June that it had delivered over a week ago!! I live in an apartment complex so there are always tons of boxes delivered so I don’t see packages for me unless I know to check for them. Fortunately it was still in the mail room and I finally got it. I really thought I got ripped off. So, no, I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this website to order anything from. Terrible communication, incorrect shipping information.

Ordered product noted to be IN-STOCK. Was absolutely not available. Waited 2 weeks on a product. That they told me. Was on its way expedited shipping. To find out a week later. They never had it to ship. Then they want me to wait longer. Cancelation takes 3days. 2 weeks for a refund. Steer clear and use a reputable source!

I purchased a sacroiliac support belt on May 25th. The item never shipped. I have requested a full refund and had no response. This company are thieves / scammers and should be shut down.

Easy to navigate website

Sizes are no where near the shoe sizes shown in description. I got stuck paying for 50.00 in slipper socks and when I was going to return them, I was only going to get 20.00 back. If your sizes were accurate then the customer wouldn't be stuck paying for a falsely advertised size. Sent them back once and they said I didn't return them. I had a tracking number as proof. Got no credit for a month as they received them but said they didn't. The XXL size wasn't any larger then the returned XL size.

After a delay and a back order the DonJoy Shoulder immobilizer arrived 3+ weeks after the order was placed. No concerns w/ device after arrival.
