The product MIC-KEY met my expectation, and I also had an outstanding experience with customer service

Poor communication. Did not respond to me regarding a receipt to be emailed. No response on update when the item was going to be ship or shipping tracking.

Just finished ordering a rehab boot so my experience is somewhat limited to the intuitive and well designed Web site.

Horrible! Scammers!! Placed an order, they charged my cc then I never received the order. When I called to find out where it was, they told me I called and cancelled the order which I never did. I asked for a refund and email confirmation and never received one. Now I have to call my cc company and report them. Calling the BBB now. Total scam!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

This is my first time ordering from this site so I hope that my experience will be successful.

So far I received my 1st order in April now I am placing another order. My 1st order was on back order but I received it within 5 days

It's a rip off big time. I ordered a reacher on April 12 and nothing. I messaged them and they said they would let me know when shipped and still nothing. On to Better Business and everybody else.

Did not let me know that products ordered were out of stock. After delivery date came and went I called and was told they were not in stock at the time but would be by end of the week and be shipped following week. Called 2 weeks later, on hold 30 minutes-no answer. After several tries I called from a number they didn’t have on record and it was immediately answered. Said order was out of stock and expected in at end of week. I said no thank you, cancel my order. Was told refund might take 3-4 days to post. That was nearly 2 weeks ago, still no refund. And they do not answer my calls. This company is NOT trustworthy!

These guys are Terrible. They have 95% negative reviews which i should have read prior to placing my order. I’ve asked for a refund after waiting 5 weeks for my order, and numerous calls and their BS excuses.

I’m trying to return an item that I didn’t think went through as a purchase so I got it from my MDs office. Then received the item 2 weeks later. I have made multiple calls to return and sent an email and still no response. Apparently they have to email you an authorization for to return. Don’t order from this company. Going to put a complaint in with the BBB.

Do NOT order from this place! They never shipped my item, and no matter what question you ask, whether why the delay or what company they are affiliated with, they give you the same useless reply. I had to get my bank involved to get a refund. Also, they are a part of the HPFY family of companies that go by other names like Demozelle; do your research!!

Never shipped my item. They lied about when it would ship when I called (twice.) Cancelled order, but a week later they haven’t issued a refund. Terrible company!

Ordered a shoulder attachment for my ice machine on Jan 2nd because they said 3 to 5 days shipping. I needed it by the 15th for my surgery. It never shipped. Called company and cancelled the order on 1-21. I was told my money would be back in my account by 1-31. Called on 2-3 and was told it would be there by 2-5. On 2-5 I called and once I chose help on an existing order the phone went to a dead line. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to lose money.

I ordered hiking poles from rehab store on 1/06/2024. On 1/17/2024 I received an email stating there was a slight delay (10 days) in shipping my order. I called them with the idea of changing to a different model thinking that they were out to stock. After talking to a representative I came away with the idea that shipping ,not stock was the problem. The representative appeared to be in India so I am not positive of his reply. .I cancelled the order which was done guickly.
