Do not under any circumstance order from this terrible company. I have been trying to get my order since 12-21-24 and haven’t gotten any support or finalization of or transaction. The response is always “7 to 10 days”. Please take my advice to heart as this is the absolute most terrible people that I have dealt with. This is a scam!!!!!!!!!

Ordered an ultrasound machine on 11/19. Got the email saying it would be delayed by 10 business days. I followed up on 12/2 asking for a tracking number, and they just send me another email saying it would be delayed by 10 business days, but with no explanation. Went ahead and did a charge back. Do not deal with this company; they are scammers.

I called after 10 business about the order only to be fold it’s on back order and possibly would be delivered in another 7-10 days

I meediateky cancelled my order and was told it would take 7-10 days to get credit to my account
This is an Indian company possibly scammers

Ordered an item that was sold at numerous places, got a minor discount for "signing up". The problem is the next day I got an email saying oh sorry we're having delays it may take an extra 10 business days to ship your product. So I got spammed asking to buy more for the next 2 weeks, then guess what another 10 business days email. Tried to cancel, no response. Had to dispute charge with PayPal. AVOID, this shop. I'm sure they'll say it's a one off occurrence but if you look at others reviews you'll see it's not

Product ordered but never shipped. Still waiting on a refund. Will take it up with my credit card company if it isn't processed in a couple days. Customer service was terrible, unapologetic, and didn't offer any explanation as to why my item never shipped. I agree with the other commenters that this company is a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM! I placed an order on August 14, 2024 and paid by credit card. The order confirmation email said the item would ship within three to five days. Today is August 27, 2024 and I have not received the item or an email saying the item had been shipped. Called the company for status. Sounded like a call center warehouse in some third world country. I want the item or a refund.

I ordered a few things to help my brother-in-law before his back surgery. They were never shipped. I called twice to figure out what had happened with the order, and both times, the customer service agent left me on hold forever. I don't think this is a real company.

I would not give this company any stars if that was possible! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
I placed an order on June 25th and received a confirmation email. My credit card was immediately charged the $323 price. On June 28th I received the ONLY email not initiated by me, informing me that they could not ship within 24 hours and that there would be a 4 business day delay.

On July 1st I emailed the company asking for an update. No response. I called them twice over the next week and spoke to someone in a call center who was polite but useless and clearly reading from a script. On the second call, after being told they did not know when they would ship my order, I asked to speak with a supervisor who was snippy and clearly annoyed at my frustration. She then told me that she would ship out my order the following week priority. When I demanded to know how she could do that when she had just told me that she didn’t know when the order would be filled, she had no response.

Since we were leaving on vacation I decided to give the Rehab Store more time before canceling the order. On July 23rd I emailed yet again and received the same response of “we don’t know.” I then cancelled my order which took an additional 5 days to receive confirmation.

I totally understand supply chain issues but the lack of communication and transparency from the Rehab Store is totally unacceptable!!!

These guys are crooks. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. I placed an order and waited, waited, and then tried to contact them. I got someone in India, which I have nothing against anyone from India... but when I want to talk to someone because I think I am being scammed, I want someone from USA. This is a total ripoff company. I don't know if they are a real business. They are the DJT of medical stuff.

Awful, stay away from buying from them. You PAY for the product and even pay EXTRA for faster shipping and guess what? They take their sweet time to even initiate the shipping process. If you don't contact them demanding a serious explanation, you won't get your product ship in the timeframe of the extra payment you made, they give you a lazy general copy/paste excuse. Irresponsible, unprofessional and slow. Buy from somewhere else. A lot of good companies sell the same thing and are responsible and care for their customers who spend their hard earned money on them. Doesn't takeuvh effort to drop a package at the post office 🤷🤦

These people do not deliver and do not follow up or keep their word. They say they have the product in stock, where in fact they do not. They put in an order at the manufacturer who then ships. I called them 3 times about not receiving the product, and they 'are sorry for the inconvenience' but subsequently not follow up, despite them promising they will. They will send an email stating the item has been shipped, while in fact, the item has not been shipped.

I suspect that their operations are not in the US, that they are just an intermediary. They operate under different names/websites, because when you call them you get the same music while on hold. If I were Enovis (the manufacturer of the product) I would seek different channels to sell my products.

Update: once I posted this review, they actually overnighted the item within 24 hours, but from a different website/company. My assumption appears to be true, different websites/companies/labels, same operators.

Do not order from this company. They are a total scam. It’s hard to understand why a business would be so deceitful especially in this industry. People really need the products ordered for their health. It’s pathetic that a company would exploit that. I’ve been waiting two weeks for my order. Got the run around. Their automated phone system doesn’t work. I’ve sent emails trying to cancel my order & get a refund. Nope. Still waiting. This is their business model - simply sell what you do not have and hope the buyers go away.

I should have read the reviews. Website said they had an ultrasound therapy unit that I needed as quickly as possible. I even paid more for fast shipping. Says they ship in 24 -48 hours and if for any reason the shipping is delayed, they will notify us. 5 days after ordering I heard nothing. So I called and talked to a service rep. He said the product ships directly from the manufacturer and that he would call them and immediately send me the shipping info. Nothing!!! So the next day I called again. Put on hold and they rep comes back and says the product is in high demand and is out of stock. Rediculous!! I would have ordered a different product and from a different company. Now I have to get my money back as I cancelled the order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Scam. Didnt have the product and stated delivery delays. I told them I couldnt wait, I went a different direction and cancel. They agreed. Never did. Had to go thru credit card company to cancel transaction.

Update: They finally credited me back after weeks...would not recommend them at all!

I Also bought a multi TV channel stick from Rehabe which arrived approximately a week later in a small brown envelope and wrapped in bubble wrap. Inside was just a small plastic HDMI stick approximately 25mm across and 35mm in length With no paperwork, receipt or instructions. I paid £23 for it and now I see that they have taken another £40 I have contacted my bank.

A total SCAM! The website stated delivery in 24-48 hours from London. In reality they give you a useless tracking number of delivery from China.Nearly a month on still nothing.The customer service is atrocious to virtually non existent. My credit card company had to intervene to get my money back. BEWARE!!!!!!

Ordered 2 minute kinetic heaters. Delivered in decent time but no paperwork or returns policy. No instructions , small pieces of plastic. Useless. Very disappointed.

Contact your bank and make a charge back dispute with them! Explain what the illegal website are offering for sale.

Do NOT be worried when they try to blackmail you in to returning rhe product back to China costing over £20!

They advised the the product is made and shipped from London. Again illegaly advertising false information.

Falsely advertising your order will arrive within 48 hours from London, when it's actually sent from China and their is no customer services.

We are 100% covered by law to get our money back.

Please do report this to action fraud so we can stop this happening to others.

Bought tv channel unlocked device but on arrival it didn’t work completely useless.I tried emailing the seller rehabes but they will not respond.They said in their advertisement that they give 90 days full refund should the device not work this is a complete lie this is a scamming company stay well clear of them. They also say they ship from the UK in 2 to 3 days I waited almost a month and the tracking info stated it was coming from China.These scammers use these tactics to get people fooled and hooked to their rubbish then take your money and you never hear from them again.I used PayPal so started a case to get my money back.
If your looking at this Rehabes you are a bunch of sad scammers you are a disgrace to the human race I will make sure that everyone knows to stay well clear from you and your rubbish products
