Very good experience purchasing our new furniture today. Andrew, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

We visited the store to order a mattress. We were looked after very well by Nathan who was very friendly without being intrusive. He was very knowledgeable and ensured we saw the full range, as some mattresses were in different areas of the showroom. The price was really good too, compared to other stores in the area.

Once again we visited stokers in chester and once again salesman Joe Tudor was very helpful with his advice, we were delighted with the quality of furniture we bought .

Tracy was very knowledgeable about the products. We chose a dining room set. She explained the best way to look after it. Both Tracy and the store manager were lovely,smiley, helpful people. They did not rush us at all.

We were met by Scott Dupree who spent time with us giving great advice from his knowledge and experience, he was also very patient with us as we spent time deciding on style and colour. Visited Chester store today with my mother to get some advice on a riser/recliner chair. Andy walked us through the various ranges and options taking care to explain the functionality pros/cons. Andy left us with a coffee and sample books to consider.

At no point did we feel we are being sold or up/cross-sold. We purchased and scheduled the delivery over a coffee.

As we left i mentioned she needed a headboard. Used the discreet lift to get upstairs and Nathan found the ideal solution, gave us new fitting screws and organised delivery. Mum left very happy with her purchase, fully briefed on delivery and after service.

I visited Stokers at Southport.
My first impression was excellent. The displays of furniture were shown to advantage, it was a very relaxed atmosphere good to shop there no unwanted distractions.
I was helped by Carl(Sixsmith). He answered all of my questions politely and there was no pressure to buy which I liked. I did buy … rather quickly for me!
I would definitely recommend going to see what Stokers have on offer, I certainly will again. Thanks to Carl.

We were greeted by Scott Dupree. We found him to be both knowledgeable about the sofas , polite snd very helpful . He gave us plenty of time to browse the sofas we were interested in and was not pushy in his manner. We selected 2 sofas and Scott conducted the sale clearly explaining all the processes . Scott gave us the assurance we were dealing with a good reputable company and now we wait patiently, looking forward to the sofas being delivered. Thank you.

Stokers is our go to for when we need something for the house. Very good quality and excellent service. Julie has always helped us and showed us options we may not have considered.
