Absolutely outstanding customer…

Absolutely outstanding customer service, nothing was to much trouble. The staff were all really helpful in my quest to find a suitable tent for bike packing. Not helped by me keep changing my mind, but we got there in the end!!

Brilliant customer support with delivery issues

Customer services were brilliant when my parcel's delivery address was slightly off and Royal mail were unable to alter/deliver to the correct address when I spoke to them - they sorted it out for me and the daypack was delivered to the amended address the following day. They couldn't have been more helpful or efficient; thanks guys!

I emailed with a product enquiry which was answered within an hour. I placed my order.
A day later I was wearing my new jacket!

I've lost all trust in this company.

I've lost all trust in this company.

Normally, I trust them a lot and don't hesitate to shop with them, but with my last order: Order #378874
The product wasn't delivered to me. Royal Mail lost the product. I know this isn't the company's fault, these kinds of problems can happen.

But the company is making it unnecessarily difficult for me to get a refund. Royal Mail personnel come and say they can't find the product.

I contact the company and tell them: I didn't receive the product, and the tracking code says "Returned to Sender." The company lost the product and can't deliver it. I ask them to refund my money and not leave me in this situation, and that I should buy the product from somewhere else. Or send me the same product with a different shipping option.

However, the company representative gave an unbelievable response: "There's a 30-day legal period, you have to wait. We need to know how the product got lost, whether it came to you, or what happened." But that's not my problem!

In short, I've lost all trust in this company. If your product is delivered, there's no problem, but if the delivery company loses it, then you're in trouble.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your delivery and understand how frustrating this situation is.

To clarify, while the Consumer Rights Act allows up to 30 days to resolve delivery issues, we operate a shorter internal timeframe of 10 working days to allow Royal Mail to complete its investigation and confirm whether a parcel is lost or still in transit. This is standard procedure when a parcel is marked as “returned to sender” but has not yet been received back by us.

We have been actively working with Royal Mail on your case and will resolve this as soon as the investigation is complete, whether that is a replacement or a full refund.
