Unfortunately, customer service does not address my complaint that I never received the purchase.

The items I bought are essential for reducing pain so it is vital that I get the them quickly and are reasonably priced. Both the conditions were met. Good service all round.

I have now ordered two items on the advice of the Customer Services team. If the products are as good as their Customer Service department then I know I will be happy. I am also confident that should I have any problems in the use of, that they will do their utmost to help. Watch this space !

Fast delivery. The pelvic floor exerciser is a very good product and has worked for me as long as I use it consistently.

Arrived promptly. Good quality product. Would like more pads as spare as some of them only stick to the skin once.

I used tenscare for post surgery recovery. I am very happy with the results.
Customer service is great as well, always prompt response.

I used it x 1 month. I didn't note any changes. It only worked 1 side, I changed positions, and conexion but the same, then I stopped using it.
I didn't have incontinence I wanted to strengthen x my prolapse.

I am disabled, so I tend to do most of my shopping online, which comes with is own set of trials and tribulations. I dont like spending money of technical items unless i have done my research and checked everything our before purchasing, however, this can be difficult nowadays, when companies have downsized and so dont have telephone services,but not this company...not only did they get a female to call me back, but the have so much knowledge and information as to what you need for each ailment, and she (Emily) spent such a long time on the phone to reassure me and make sure i had all the info i needed. Not once did i feel i was taking up valuable time, she was that calm and collected, she made me feel really reassured and answered all the questions i had...on two separate occasions no less! Not only that, she could have steered me towards a more expensive unit, but was honest enough to tell me i didn't need that particular one and a cheaper unit would do what i needed ...now that's honesty. Tenscare, you have a customer for life !

Very good service but the post office mangled the first parcel up and it arrived a month late!!
I was sent a replacement which came overnight so it was a well done to them. 👍🙌

All delivered quickly and efficiently. I have had my interferential machine for many years and it has repaired my back on many occasions. I just ordered new pads this time as the stickiness goes after a while.

Tenscare have been superb from purchase to after care. I had a little issue where i couldn't figure something out with the device. I called up and got a lovely lady to help out. My problem was solved in minutes! Truly wonderful service, I would recommend TensCare to anyone suffering from pain
