Horrible customer service. Refused my legitimate request for replacement of their defective leads less than 3 ms of gentle service. Bought it on Dec 2021, but received on Jan 21, 2022. Lying thru their teeth in their response that I used it from Dec 21 2021.Told me no warranty on leads. Question: how you can sell anything without some kind warranty?

I bought this machine on the recommendation of my physio following total hip replacement when unfortunately I suffered nerve damage which hindered my recovery. Using it twice daily has helped with regeneration of the nerves and muscles as well as relief from pain.

Brilliant fast, efficient service

Replacement electrodes arrived very quickly, and my machine is now working at full strength again. In ,my opinion, they represent extremely good value for money, and my arthritic knee agrees! Thank you for an easy, pleasant transaction.

I was pleased to find a company who sells these boots electrolyte pads. I accidentally sent the wrong delivery address an they kindly ensured that my delivery was sent to the correct address. Very quick delivery. The pads are already being used. Such a relief for my nerve pains. Thanks TensCare.

The TensCare product Sports TENS 2 was great for its massage programmes and has really reduced the pain in my right shoulder.I would recommend using Tens for anyone who would like to use an alternative to medication.

I recently used the TensCare brand for pain relief (dysmenorrhoea) and experienced immediate and lasting relief. I would recommend it to any women that experiences chronic pain. The device was small and discrete so you can use it anywhere.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the good service from this company. They are professional and really do care, as their name implies.
If you are thinking about ordering from them but are new to, and nervous about online purchasing, you don't have to worry about this one. They go the extra mile to give excellent service. I Highly recommend! Their T.I.M.E Multitherapist is really good quality and has proved invaluable to my wife who suffers with sciatica and piriformis muscle pain.
