I love mince pies at Christmas, so I thought I'd try TESCO'S Plant Mince Pies, one word AWFUL. nothing like the picture on the packet, the taste is awful, the contents are dried up, other shoppers have commented the same to me, is this picture on the packet false advertising? please remove them from sale.

Well I’m a bit of a connoisseur of mince pies, and I know everyone has different tastes , but good old normal mince pies from Tescos, not the finest ones are by far my most favourite.
They are buttery and filled with lovely, not over sweet mincemeat.
Warmed without extra thick double cream . Great !

I am writing a one-star review every time the Tesco delivery is late.
I am still waiting for my order almost two hours after the delivery booking time.
Honestly, it's the worst service of any other supermarket Time to go Sainsbury's!!

Absolutely disgusted by the rudeness at Tesco Daventry pharmacy. Was unable to book appointment online so called in to see if could be fitted in, rather than saying no the lady huffed & puffed & said how much I was putting her out & how much work & time it would cost her. Let me wait for half hour then said she didn't have time to do it. Got an appointment 3.5 hours later, went in with my shopping & same woman questioned if I'd paid for my shopping! Trudy your customer service skills are non existent you were rude to other customers also while you left me waiting!

Literally shouted at in store because my disabled daughter runs off. Did not even want to talk about it, just went into shout mode in front of everyone. Unbelievable

Tesco supermarket in Rainham Essex a shoplifter just barge through the barriers while staff looked on (not blaming them) as Tesco has deemed to cut back security or have none at all) what is the point of paying when shoplifters can get away without paying. yet for the paying shoppers like myself will pay for them to shoplift when the prices increase due to Tesco management stupidity as they know best. and this is at a time of cost of living crises that Tesco management bares no shame whatsoever as on a sarcastic note as long as the CEO/MDs etc can STILL be paid there huge luxury salary with perks including their huge, huge bonus that is all i'm worried about! and I doubt very much Tesco will be bothered enough to reponsd????

On the face of it, the '25% off 6 bottles of wine', is a great deal. The trouble is that they have pushed up the minimum bottle price to £5.50, without telling anyone. This includes their own staff!
I see this as sneaky and underhand. They know people will be suckered into the promotion but don't always check till receipts. We did and the cashier could only send us to Customer Service. Even the more experienced staff there, didn't know about the change!
Brilliant move Tesco. Change the terms of a great promotion (somewhere in the small print???) and don't even tell your own customer facing staff.

I went in to a Tesco express on Beverley rd in hull where a member of staff refused to serve me and was totally ignorant she is my partners ex’s wife and she is obviously can’t separate personal and work made complaint to Tesco but had few other incidents and nothing done

at 06.02am this morning went to book xmas food delivery slot, to find 200.000 people in front after only open at 06.00am. when connecting to the site 2 hours later, earliest booking was the 21st December???????. please dont tell me 200000 people logged on in 2 minutes. pay for subcription for delivery each month, only to find earliest delivery is usually 2 days later. iceland do next day delivery for free, and only £3 for same day delivery, will admit tesco selection is larger, but what with tesco what are you paying for ???

Very bad places to deliver too.
Drivers are grown trained men yet keys taken off us and not allowed to wait in our trucks but couped up in waiting rooms with minimun facilities ( my own record waiting is 5hrs at daventry rdc).

Last week I ordered some watermelon slices with a home delivery. But when the shopping arrived it was not there and the receipt showed that I had paid for it. So today I phone Tesco Customer Service -- what a sham. After going through a selection process and the computer bot tells me to press 1 when I do it say press 1 again and so on adnauseum. Then it finally switches off. I am sure this is done on purpose. To sum up Tesco has stolen 3 pound odd from me and there is no way they will listen to me.
Also, the lack of many popular and essential products -- which is extremely frustratingly and those the have are lacking in quality -- i.e. their fruit has gone downhill

Tesco Thornbury is the worst Tesco in the world! I will never ever shop there! The store manager is awful and aggressive! Also the petrol station! The Tescos else where are much better!

My experience there was awesome when I first started going there ten years and now under new management and the security guard there is a perverted freak looks at young girls and you think they do anything about it nope and they close at 12 but they forcing you out there by ten to gone down hill unfortunately

My wife purchased a beef joint in the Guildford store earlier today - honestly speaking it was horrendous and impossible to eat. My wife is a great cook, but this joint was so tough and full of gristle. that’s the last time we will purchase meat from Tesco

it is awful the security are the worst i needed to get bandages and after i paid they stopd me they took 1hr just to relise i had paid

Tesco EXTRA Talbot Green Pharmacy. The most hostile unprofessional pharmacist in the area - genuinely most unhelpful and treated me in front of my children with discontent Absolutely shocking attitude looked like she wanted to be anywhere else other than provide a service in the pharmaceutical industry. Will never give my business to them again as a result. Wonderful advice given from Talbot and Pontyclun Pharmacy puts a big player like Tesco to shame with representation like I experienced. Very shocked and let down

The customer service was knowledgeable and have initiative. The delivery was okay so is the shopping experience.
