brilliant customer service by Michael McSharry
Had a brilliant customer service at checkout by a gentleman called Michael McSharry, who helped me with the big shop. He was a very polite person and made sure I was happy and assisted me with my shopping. This was the Crawley branch in hazelwick avenue.

Covid. Tesco have 6 people at front door to stop people going in who are not wearing a mask. Yet Tesco Ricoh have Trolley lads standing outside talking near customers with NO MASKs on..........come on TESCO not good.
Had problems with click and collect yet…
Had problems with click and collect yet again, no bags and stuff either missing or damaged. I seem to be ringing up each week, and no matter how many times they promise to sort things out it’s the same story the following week.
Again they have charged us for items that have not been picked for us, unbelievable this happens every time.
Excellent delivery service from Tesco for 9 months
A thank you to Tesco for all my deliveries since March, due to health problems I have stopped shopping at supermarkets. Tesco have been excellent, pleasant drivers, always arrive within the hour. 99% of order. Christmas order very good quality and everything I ordered,

Tesco Letdown-AGAIN !
Tesco delivery scheduled for 9 to 10pm on Monday 14th Sept 2020 was cancelled by Tesco after 10pm ! Yet on Tescos website it says delivered and this is the second time it has happened and no reason given either time. If they said van broke down or new driver taking longer than usual it would not be so bad. And if they had a complaints section on their own site i may not have put this on Trustpilot.

COVID-19 Two metre guidelines not adhered to.
Reason. Lack of Tesco staff on the tills.
Whilst queuing in the isles ( six people ahead) to get to tills, and maintaining 2 metre guidelines, other shoppers and Tesco pickers need access to items on the shelves. What can one do ? The people in front or behind me can move and still maintain two metres.
Spoke to staff. Told I should maintain the two metre rule.
Note less than 30% of the tills were open.
Easy answer to problem. Get more tills open to reduce / eliminate queues.
We have been subjected to Racial Abuse at Tesco Store in Sandhurst
We are elderly and we have chosen the pick up and collect option for our weekly shopping at Tesco in Sandhurst , Berkshire because of the Corona’s virus crisis. However we have been subjected to racial abuse by the same male staff on two successive visits to the store in one week.
On the first occasion the guy ignored us completly whilst we were waiting for him to serve us, however he rushed to serve a white customer who arrived shortely and parked his car along next to our car. Another male staff who noticed what was going on rushed to save the situation and came along apolgising to us saying “ it is sometimes very difficult to know who came first? .
Tody 30/6/2020 was our second encounter with this abuser who could not avoid us in the que as we were first to arrive . He brought us our shopping trolly and obviously he was not happy for serving us. To our surpise when we returned home we discoverd that a lot of our shopping itemes were missing . When we rang the customer service we were told that the staff at the pick up point missed to pack two bags in the shopping trolly ! They asked us to call back to the pick up point to collect the missing bags and they offered us a £5 voucher compensation.
When we called to collect our missed bags unfortuantly we were met by the same guy who again ignored us and served the car who arrived shoretly after us. We did not let it go this time as his abuse to us was quite obvious to every one in the parking area. We informed another female staff who happened to be around and saw what happened. She was very polite and apologetic about her colleauge’s behaviour.
We have been customers to Tesco store in Sandhurst for almost 30 years and we never been subjected to this sort of abuse.
It is shame that we are now thinking to switch to another store after all these years and also to be subjected to this abuse in our ages.

We have been on line shoppers for over 20years. Now we are unable to book slots , even three weeks ahead. We pay up front for deliveries. Why in these difficult times is priority not given to regulars? We are both in the 70 plus age group. We have been told that we will get 50% of the up front payment refunded, but what we really need are groceries!! When times are normal again, Sainsburys will get our business!!
Talbot Green store car park
Talbot Green store - the side exit has now closed and you can no longer drive out up the slope. Took me 1 hour to leave the car park a few weeks ago. Will never visit again.
Tesco pharmacy 1st class
I had a prescription for epipens , could not get it filled in Tonypandy or Pontypridd, no chemist even tried to get it for me. Tesco came up trumps and got them for me. This is the second time they have done this, well done, Talbot Green Tesco

Last minute cancellation of delivery
Placed an order 4 days ago for delivery this evening at 8pm. At 6pm I get a voice mail, which I had to listen to 4 times to get the gist of the message, because the woman spoke in a strong scottish accent and so fast that the words ran into each other. my delivery is cancelled due to traffic. OK traffic can be bad in London, but couldn't they deliver later in the evening when traffic isn't so bad? Apparently not. I was relying on the delivery, placing it well ahead of time, because I have guests staying tonight, I don't drive and my local bus stops at 7pm. So I have to borrow from neighbours.
I am not at all impressed, first with the message, then by the fact that no attempt was made to deliver later. Why bother, next time I'll shop and take an Uber which will in fact, cost me less that the 7.00 pounds that Tesco charge to deliver and will use Uber for my heavy shopping in future. Kats
Super Store no bags
Large tesco super store in crawley West sussex, ran out of bags!!!! could only offer a £1.50 bag as a replacement!! They have lost this customer for life.
Poor service
I bought a tumble dryer with a sensor control from Tesco online. It took ages to dry the cloths so I complained, Tesco sent an engineer and he said “ these machine don’t like being in an outbuilding ( garden shed ) it confuses them” I know lots of people that keep theirs in the garage etc. It should be made clear that they must be installed indoors. As you can guess Tesco were not interested so I had to sell it for half of what it cost me ! I reviewed it on the Tesco website and ...........they removed it !!

Terrible experience...avoid using...I certainly won't be! Staff that enjoy hearing customers upset and just quote T's and C's...I wonder why all the giant companies are dropping like flies?

Bought canon printer 16 weeks ago. It says the paper feed not working when paper is in it. Tried customer services getting the run around will not change it although I have been in twice. Ordered two hot chocolates today from Tesco cafe in Roborough in Plymouth. I was very disappointed with the unfriendly staff and our hot chocolates. Tesco need to realise they are competing with Costa, Thornton s etc as their prices are the same. The layer of cream was so thin that by the time we got to the table it disappeared. Our drinks were Luke warm with a thick layer of powder in the bottom.
