Love the Tesco cookies selection from bourbons to ginger cookies amazing flavors and good prices.

Keep up the good work Tesco, very clean and open areas for every single shop.

Visited Tesco this evening and discovered I needed a Clubcard to purchase the item that was the same discounted price before they came up with the idea to con people into thinking the can save with the Clubcard HA HA what a joke .They have inflated ticket prices all above what the normal Tesco prices were before you needed to use a Clubcard . Come on Tesco you are treating people as if they are stupid and wouldn’t notice . Morrison’s ,Lidl and Aldi don’t ask for a card to get the item at THE NORMAL every day prices And don’t need to con people .

In these bleak times where everyone is socially distancing and worrying about the future with things looking glum. Today we visited the large Tesco store in Lunsford Park, Aylesford and completed our weekly shop. We were pleasantly surprised on leaving the store that a tall "meeter and greeter" was wishing everyone a lovely day and that he was looking forward to seeing the shoppers again next week...How refreshing.... Bringing a smile to everyone's eyes - behind the masks of course...

We go shopping once a fortnight to reduce risk due to being in our 70s and this week shopping fell on a Sunday. Tried to contact Cardigan store: couldn't do it and had to go through the HQ who spoke to them (what local store?). All I wanted was to ask Cardigan to hold two Saturday papers at the information desk to be collected on Sunday morning: we haven't had Saturday Papers since March and thought it would be a real novelty:...Cardigan refused to do so. We would have paid the HUGE amount in in advance (can't trust anybody these days) and bought a Sunday paper, too. Thank you Cardigan manager and staff, (every little helps as long as it doesn't inconvenience THEM). When you consider some of the glorious deeds smaller shopkeepers have undertaken because they care for their customers, this attitude simply disgusts both of us. We're going to ALDI tomorrow!

Now 11th Oct and asked for a response from Tesco's when I wrote this review on 26th Sept: still waiting.

Wath tesco staff friendly inuff shame the foods in the fridge expires in 2 days or on the day and the sell them full price same with the fruit how can u fo a full shop with near inuff out a date food poor service carnt see it getting any better starting to shop at aldi maswell with the dates on things

Well chanced a store shop, Tesco top of the parade Leamington spa Warwickshire, first time use , but need must had to do a quick shop, well signed for current times , plenty of information,so off I go for fast in and out okay laid out alise so up one down the othere one got bit side tracked due to offer's but we'll helpful s team , clean store Happy cheerful staff , cashier was pleasent and friendly service and informative of bus stops close by , up coming offers so that the longest I lasted in supermarket since February plus finished shop all this in store and area I never used before ,Got home people ecpected no shopping so that surprised them to .

love Tescos but please clean your toilets a bit better

No Coronavirus disinfection station at entry to store.
All other supermarkets I have been to have a cleaning station at the entrance, I could not see one at this store.
The shopping experience was ok, I know that is bland but that is just how it felt inside the tesco.
The freezer section had no colourful adverts and the products just looked stacked next to each other.
The checkout process was efficient enough but overall the longer opening hours of tesco will not tempt me away from my usual supermarkets except in emergencies.

Good with my request for a replacement product.

Easter Monday
I was met at the entrance by What I can only describe as a
NIGHTCLUB BOUNCER
Aggressive body language, bullying attitude and Extremely rude, he asked a question I went to answer he arrogantly TOLD me not to interrupt him. I was absolutely stunned. I reported My experience in store that day, the 3 employees I spoke with immediately knew who it was with out me having to give a description, Clearly wasn’t a 1st complaint about him
I emailed Head office - useless.

Advice - Don’t employ nightclub bouncers for your meet and greet.
I understand that the nightclubs Are shut and he needed work but you really could have chosen better

M&S and Sainsbury’s have friendly welcoming employees greeting you at the doors. So many other stores to shop with Tesco’s Really isn’t necessary obviously I haven’t and won’t shop with you again.

Tesco Bulwell Nottinghamshire 04/08/2020, shoppers/customers not wearing masks or face covering, when I asked the staff about it I was told there is nothing we can do, which I replied you could tell them to wear a mask or to go and shop elsewhere, and the reply was we cant do that, well I can do something I will shop at a competitor, Shopped at Sainsbury Kimberly Notts everyone must use a face covering

Very disappointed today. Visited the Weston store and half the team were not wearing masks plus some of those who where had them under there chins this included the security guard on the door checking that customer had masks on. I asked a few team members why they did not have masks on and I was met with confrontation. This is not acceptable in my eyes. I will not be back

I have been doing my online shopping at Asda since lock down but have not been happy recently so despite not being a Tesco fan though I would give it a go. Overall a much better experience they give you a list which Asda don't do and we got everything we ordered which has never happened with Asda. The Tesco driver explained everything very well. My disappointment was some of the dates were a bit short. I did phone customer service and was happy with their response. Will use again and hope to give a better review.

I’ve never done online food shopping before, so it was a new experience for me. After my first shop and having substitutes that I couldn’t use As I am a coeliac. they refunded me With no problem at all. It was also very easy to get priority slots. Thank you Tesco’s but the best thing was when the driver put the shopping in the porch he steps to the garden gate, waits until I get into the front room window As I’m disabled I’m slow. Then he gives me a big grin and thumbs up sign and says everything is gonna be okay! How cute is that? I’ve been sheltering now for a few months so his thumbs up sign is very welcome. Well done Tesco

I was not a regular shopper at Tesco Littlehampton. However on reflection now especially during the pandemic, you cannot ask for more polite helpful, and considerate staff. They do anything they can do to help. Fair play shelves are not always filled to the top, but they certainly beat the likes of Lidl and Aldi. In Lidl the staff particularly the women are like a pack of wolfhounds hunting and the language from the old grey-haired woman at the till telling someone to F.Off and a security Guart telling an NHS nurse that she was not wanted and was scum.

I cannot thank Tesco stores for ensuring speedy delivery of my shopping during pandemic. They have enabled priority delivery slots due to my shielding period. I cannot thank them enough ! Unlike other supermarkets they are doing their best to ensure the most vulnerable shoppers are helped, thus lessening the burden on local authorities who were supplying me with weekly food parcels. Well done TESCO & Thank you
