Delicious fruits freeze dried and ready to eat I bought the variety box in order to sample lots of delicious fruits and was not disappointed . Did not take too long to receive them- I have already made additional orders as I was so impressed!

Great company who never fails to impress and satisfy. The fruit is always delicious, the freeze dried ice-cream sandwiches is addiction given form, and the gummies are...well, indescribable. Fast, free, shipping and great deals - really, can't say enough positive things. Two thumbs up, and a very big smile to follow

I am not exaggerating. I am addicted to their freeze dried blackberries and have been a consistent buyer since 2020. I buy a big order every couple of weeks because it’s my main snack. I’ve tried other places but their quality doesn’t compare to The Rotten Fruit Box. I’ve tried their other freeze dried fruits and they were delicious too!

Avoid company i have my order i had received that arrived incomplete an seller is not responding and the reviews on here are not real.
I tryed msging seller bout 20 times an they still not respond to resolve the issue. Very unhelpful customer service and really dont understand they are still trading.

The Rotten Fruit Box has so many amazing, freeze-dried products! Their freeze-dried fruit-pouches will always be my favorite products from them. So many varieties of tasty, interesting, and decorative fruits that can be used in salads, breakfast cereals, desserts or eaten as snacks.
Fast delivery, quality products and generally just a great concept.
I just received another box today and I’m happy with everything.

Have nothing but praise for this enterprise. I have purchased their freeze dried fruit which is very tasty and used for both snacking and cooking. Their soups are also good for a quick snack but rather bland for my taste. Delivery has been speedy and the products very well packed.
I recommend this company.

My toddler loves the freeze fried fruits which are easy and healthy snacks to take with. I have also tried soups and found them delicious.

Har bestilt herfra flere gange og det er virkelig god kvalitet, men da det sendes fra Portugal er leveringstiden lidt lang. Til gengæld skal man ikke betale told og man skal ikke bruge for særlig meget for at få gratis fragt.

They are a lovely small business who care for their customers. Their product is delicious! I use it for my desserts and snacks.

I bought 4 "bits" pouch from The rotten fruit box: 2 strawberries and 2 random flavors. I mentionned in the comment section that I had a preference for berries and that is exactly what they sent me: raspberries and blueberries. They are absolutely delicious and addictive! I am really happy with my purchase even if it's a bit expensive. I will definetly buy more. They are a perfect addition to yogurt, oatmeal and cake frosting!

I used the fruit on top of my yogurt or as a raw snack. So much better than normal dried fruit because there is no added sugar and it tastes better. It is also more dry so you have to get used to that.

I was very excited to receive my box. I’ve sprinkled the fruit on yogurt, in chia pudding and of course eaten it right out of the bag. Delicious 😋

Took a chance on the from an ad. I like the concept. I ordered the"bits" box. It had 4 or 5 bags of various fruits, odd bits and powder, I assume it is leftovers of the process. I used this in smoothies and homemade granola so perfect pretty pieces were not needed. This as perfect for my needs and an even better deal. This was shipped quickly and packaged well. I'll be ordering again! I have recommended this to many friends already.

I bought several different varieties of this fruit snack and all of them are delicious! They make a perfect snack to take hiking; light, tasty and satisfying and you don't have to worry about the fruit getting spoiled or bruised in your backpack. AND, freeze-drying fruit that would otherwise go to waste, what a fabulous innovation! :)

This was so much fun to try the different fruit. Loved e mandarins and pineapple the most. My grandsons were diving right in!

On 8th January I ordered some individual freeze dried fruit packets from The Rotten Fruit Box. The payment went through via PayPal however the only confirmation email I received stated I needed to complete payment for my order to be placed - but I had already paid and the money had left my account?

Two emails to the company that day (8th January) and two days later (10th January) and I received no response. I left a comment on their Facebook page a day later asking them to respond to my email to which they stated generically 'they were responding to all emails' however they never responded to mine.

Contacted them via Facebook Messenger on 12th January providing them with the contents of the email to investigate why my payment had been accepted but no order had been processed. Was advised a day later (13th January) one of my two emails had been located in their 'spam' folder and now they had the order details and payment confirmation they would get back to me asap.

Had to follow up a day later (14th January) to see what was being done to which I was told I had never placed an order, only created an account. Was also told that my payment had been flagged as fraudulent by their system and it should have been automatically returned to me. I confirmed it had NOT been returned as per my previous correspondence requesting a refund, 3 times to date, which had all been ignored.

Last email correspondence from them on 16th January stated apologies for the inconvenience and if there was anything else they could do please contact them. To which I responded 'yes, you can assist - I still require a full refund!' This email has been ignored and it has now been two days and no further correspondence has been received.

23rd January (15 days after placing an order) the company has finally decided to manually process my order and give me a free pouch of fruit for the inconvenience. However, when I open the link in the email to see my order and view tracking it says order cancelled on 22nd January - the day before the confirmation email was sent to me? I have contacted the company via email to see why this is - as usual, no response still. I have also now been disabled from commenting or posting on the company's Facebook page to contact them in regards to my order or to alert other potential buyers of this experience.

Emailed again to follow up on cancelled order on 25th January, 28th January and 1st February with no response to any. Emailed them advising of negative review here on trust pilot and finally received a response stating 'Unfortunately, as previously mentioned, we never received the funds for this transaction as it was marked as fraudulent. You can also confirm from the email that was sent out you attempted to complete the transaction. While I can surely understand the frustration of dealing with a large corporation (they lost one of our withdrawals worth several thousand Euros), but we would strongly recommend you contact PayPal as I am sure they will be able to get you your money back'.

The company has my money NOT PayPal, it has been confirmed with them that they received the funds as they 'supposedly' manually placed an order for the items I had purchased. Why would they do this if they didn't have the funds? Wouldn't they have stated in every email that they never received the funds instead of giving different excuses each time for what supposedly happened?

Still refusing to refund my money or actually process the order I placed. I have given them the option to refund or process the order and I will amend this review to reflect their positive actions (doubtful). Absolutely disgusting and unethical behaviour from a company.

Love the concept and the fruit. It has the same taste as if it was fresh.
Note that this is not like dried fruit. It is freeze-dried which makes it really dry and therefore hard to eat as a snack without me coughing 😅
The apple, pineapple and kiwi I can eat fine as a snack 😊 the berries are really good on yoghurt.
The delivery was two weeks, so you have to have patience.

Very happy, bought the freeze dried raspberries. As someone else has said, personally I found them a tad bit too sour to snack on, but they were perfect ground up for my macarons filling :)

Absolutely love Rotten Fruit Company. Their freeze dried fruits are amazingly flavoursome. We add a selection of them to our breakfast cereals every morning.

Each fruit pouch is in recyclable material, and delivered in a cardboard box, so helping with the environment.

They even send you a reward on your birthday!

What's not to love!?
