Package open , plants damaged

I have used this company for a number of years and the quality has been very good.Just sometimes in transit the people handling them dont always follow the instructions.Like the postman putting them through the letter box.This happened to me recently and when i rang Thompson and they sent me another replacement order.

I thought the delivery charge was extortionate.

Sorry T&M but will be lucky if one of the plugs survive. Very disappointing

The plug plants were damaged, this must of happened before they were packed.
I do appreciate that you are sending me replacements.

had some issues due to postal service but was all resolved in very quick time

I ordered an item from Thompson &Morgan quite a while ago and whilst waiting for my delivery to arrive I was emailed and informed that there was a delay and a new delivery date (13/04/26) was estimated I have tried to contact this company on two occasions now by email asking for a reason for the delay and I have had no response totally blanked absolutely disgusting.

Seeds for grow.
Positive: quick delivery, affordable price, new plants appeared around in 1 week.
Negative: from 6 tomato F1 seeds grow only 3, so it's 50%.

I was really pleased with my capsule order slightly marred by the state royal mail deliveted the package. It was damaged and was with them for four days before delivery. Several of the plants had come out of the capdules and dried out. The rest revived and are doing well.

Nice little plug plants. All seem healthy and growing day by day.

Plug plant offer bought. I have purchased these before and due to small size they don't travel well. All potted on immediately but some were never going to survive.

Good quality plants and bulbs, great prices too compared to garden centres. Well packaged and delivered quickly.

Im hot impressed.brought plug plants before so i tried a different type this time and they haven't come to anything. Even going by the instructions.
