Chloe in Customer Services responded to our query regarding missing tickets very promptly and the problem was solved in less the five minutes! Very good service.

Really wanted tickets for Alec Benjamin and the presale was available the day before my daughter's birthday. Got a code but the link via the official site was broken. Decided to ring customer services on the off chance as I could buy tickets for everywhere except Manchester.

They were brilliant and sorted it out over the phone with me. Was able to gift tickets to my daughter for her birthday the following day and she was absolutely made up.

We were very happy with customer service (Chloe) because we had received tickets as a gift to see a show that we had previously purchased tickets for. We contacted customer services with details of both sets of tickets & Chloe made it very easy to swap the tickets for another show of our choice at the same theatre. So THANK YOU TICKETLINE!

It's August... I had booked tickets through Ticketline back in March and for the life of me I couldn't find the email with my printable tickets. I was panicking as the event was in 2 days. Glad to say I contacted customer service with a copy of my bank transaction and email address and Chloe came to the rescue and resent the tickets.

Great customer service, quick response and got the issue sorted straight away.

Couldn't be better. I purchased a ticket to see Hawkwind my favourite band. The day before the gig l realised it hadn't arrived. It turned out that the ticket was sent 4 months previously but hadn't arrived. Panic stations. One call to customer services...one email and print and the problem was resolved. Thank you everyone. Fantastic job!

Brilliant customer service. For some reason my tickets weren't sending to my email so I made the enquiry with ticket line and they responded straight away whilst also solving the problem for me. Chloe was who dealt with my query and was polite and quick with replying & helping

I needed to change my ticket for my campervan pass for Beathearder to a different type with only two weeks to go. One email later and their customer support team for Beathearder tickets ( in this case Chloe) responded within hours and sorted it all out. Amazing service, many thanks.

Had cause to raise a concern re being charged for delivery when I'd requested etickets.
