Tracks Direct Opiniões

Great track perfect measurement

Really easy to use the website to enter track dimensions and angles. Quick turn around to deliver and packaged really well in their own frames.

We were looking for a custom length, double track, ceiling mounted curtain rail and this track from Track Direct was the cleanest and most minimalist we could find. Their customer service team were helpful on the phone and the online chat and answered all my questions helpfully. Delivery was within a week. But unfortunately the track tube arrived damaged by the delivery company and the metal track itself was bent. However Tracks Direct were quick to offer a replacement and re-make and this was delivered within the same week. The track itself was light weight and easy to fit.

Delivered quickly, well packaged, correct to size.

telephone support was great, and the web site easy to use for complex shape

Precise measurement at pre-order, excellent manufacturing and packaging most appropriate. I ordered a radiused curtain rail to suit a defined profile - it was perfect.
I fitted today and had no issues at all.
Very pleased, would definitely use again.

Top quality service, top quality goods.
Safely packaged, quick delivery will definitely recommend.

I love this company. They have made a few curtain tracks for my house - often with awkward bends. The delivery is surprisingly fast and the packaging impressively robust. Their online ordering is very straightforward. I’ve phoned them several times and each time their advice is totally sound. And my curtain tracks are just excellent.

We ordered the metal track for our bay window, with two 90 degree bends to be done by the supplier. Unfortunately one side was under-bent and the other side was over-bent so it made fitting very difficult, even for my husband who used to be a plumber and was very adept at bending pipes to the correct angles. We were very disappointed,

Very pleased with service

Tracks arrived very quickly and were accurately shaped and measured. Would recommend.

made to measure track arrived promptly and fitted perfectly

After having received an extortionate supply and fit quote from a local company for a Silent Gliss rail , I dediced to get a quote from Tracks Direct for supply only. The saving was considerable even once labour was deducted; this led me to be somewhat cautious as it did rely on me getting all measurements exact and Tracks Direct supplying the bent properly. The after sales support in checking measurements and sending over a scale drawing for review was brilliant and we were able to iron out any flaws before manufactured. Item was delivered within 3 days of final confirmation of measurements. Fitted it over the weekend and it fit perfectly.

Ordered a simple Silent Gliss Universal Bracket for a curtain track and it arrived quickly enough. However that shouldn't be surprising as the postage was just under £10 for a 1" bracket! Anyway, this was the wrong size unfortunately and I emailed to seek advice / swap the item. No response. Tried calling the number. Told in no uncertain terms that he only deals with trade customers and "the lady" would respond to my email. Sent another email 2 weeks later. No response. Tried again on 4th October. Still nothing. Very disappointing service. Also, they don't email you any confirmation or supply paperwork. So you're left stranded if there's a problem. Lovely business model, but not great for repeat business lol. Seems like I'm not the first to have this treatment if you sort by 1 star you'll see. I wouldn't believe the 5 star reviews, not going by this experience. They just don't make any sense.

Great track well made. Fixings not as described. But worth the monies

Customer service were very helpful and prompt to respond to the questions we had before ordering. Ordering was easy to follow and tracks arrived within a couple of days and were very well packaged. Great service.

Placed two orders with Tracks Direct. Both delivered promptly and well packaged. Good quality and much more sturdy than the tracks they replaced.

Track arrived on time and was very well packaged. instruction were easy to follow and the track was well made. Would recommend this company :)

Quicker than expected. High quality product and customer service.

Great service and quick delivery.

My item came damaged unfortunately, I sent an email explaining this with photo evidence and I had a replacement with in a few days out standing service, have used tracks direct twice now and would recommend defiantly.
