We fully understand your disappointment regarding the operation of the track, especially after choosing the upgraded wheeled option!

I know the team have been in touch regarding a free-of-charge remake and the addition of an intermediate pulley, as we believe this may be the cause of the issue you’ve experienced when operating the cord.
