Great products
Great products. Fast delivery. Easy to build once you have the hang of it. I built 4 units on my own. You do need to check what's in the package you're ordering, as it would be possible to miss out fixings, or buy a second item that is already included. It is all clearly stated on the website, but worth checking.
I had 2 separate orders. One delivery driver was really helpful and pleasant, the other was very rude, but delivery is outsourced.

Exactly what I needed
Exactly what I needed. Very pleased.
I have only just erected my shelving units at the weekend and they look great. I bought some of the really handy boxes too and am looking forward to getting it all organised. I had to email customer services as I thought I was a box short on delivery, but they confirmed there would be 3 units in the 2 packages which was correct. I’ve since looked at getting some more of the storage boxes as they nest together when not in use to save space and feel really sturdy. All in all I am really happy to give 5 stars for this product and the customer service I received.

Only delivered half a rack
Paid for next day delivery. Took a day off work and only half the rack arrived. Waste of my time, poor service and clearly don’t consider their customers time important
In response to their reply. I did contact you and you said it would be here today, 3 days later. Unsurprisingly it’s still not here and the promised refund for the next day delivery hasn’t appeared either.

Very good racking, but lots of issues
Very good racking - in the end, went together well. But I had multiple issues as follows:
1. Deliveries were split over two days with no prior warning.
2. All parts for the 5th shelf were missing, so I had to complain and wait in for another delivery.
3. Three of the four rack uprights were very rusty, so I had to complain again. Replacements were sent.
On the plus side, Britney in customer service was very responsive and sorted out all the problems. I also received and apology and a partial refund. Looking at the other reviews, it seems that I was probably just unlucky.

Slightly disappointed with the overall quality of the shelf units, not as solid as I expected them to be, but not too bad.
The real issue lies with the complete lack of any real instructions and the identifying list of parts, the ads make it look very easy, but the reality is quite different.

Sturdy units and easy to assemble
Very happy with the VRS shelving units I bought. Though not heavy duty material, they seem sturdy. It was easy to assemble specifically because the units are light but strong. My only issue was that as I bought the pack with 3x VRS units, it would have been useful if the clips to join each unit together were included. I had to order these afterwards, which wasn't ideal as postage was expensive and nearly as much as the clips
