Quality product
Good communication with this company. Ordering online was very clear and easy to follow.
We ordered the CRW line of garage shelving and was very impressed with the quality and finish on the steel frame. Very strong. We went for a 2m long x 2m high x 600mm deep shelf which gives a good size to stack boxes etc. These shelves will take a lot of weight.

I ordered the Tufferman shelving as I…
I ordered the Tufferman shelving as I really liked the look of it compared to other shelving units. I ordered in time and paid for next day delivery. I only received the Wham boxes in the next day shipment, the shelving itself was dispatched to the wrong delivery depot, so these did not arrive until two days later. Upon opening the packages, some of the MDF shelving sections were broken in the corners, which shouldn’t really happen when delivering these type of products, they should be protected a lot better. Some of the upright frames were bent, but by the time it was delivered, it was easier to straighten them and use them than to try and arrange a collection and redelivery, as I just did not have the time.
Replacement shelves were sent, a refund for the next day delivery was made, but overall I found the service quite poor.
To wait in from 8am-6pm for a delivery that isn’t arriving isn’t really fair, you should be able to offer a time slot.

You paid for next day delivery, so to have your shelving sent to the wrong depot and arrive two days late was very disappointing. I'm also sorry that some of the MDF shelves arrived damaged and some uprights were bent – this shouldn't happen, and your comments about better packaging have been shared with our team.
I'm glad replacement shelves were sent and your next day delivery charge was refunded, but I understand this doesn't make up for the time you spent waiting in. Your feedback about delivery time slots is very valuable and has been passed on so we can look at improving this.

Paid for next day delivery but still waiting
Paid for next day delivery, but nearly a week later we're still waiting on 2 of the 5 packages. Company has refunded the postage but has not been proactive in rectifying the issue.

Damaged product when arrived
Damaged product when arrived.
Took absolutely ages to arrive and got mucked about with delivery days.
Boxes are 94kg stupidly heavy. Delivery by one man should be at least two lifting that totality illegal.

Can’t fault the quality of the bench & shelving. Really pleased with them. It did seem odd/inefficient that a single order of 3 items (all dispatched together) was split into 2 deliveries over 2 days. No issue with the deliveries themselves.

Items missing because apparently…
Items missing because apparently someone somewhere in the delivery line is a thief!! It was recieved on the 6th but checked properly today as I've not been well. However Tufferman promptly fixed the issue for me so I'm upgrading to 5 stars, the product looks absolutely solid and perfect for tarantulas and I'll likely buy more when needed and make it into corner racking too
