Next day delivery became 3 day…
Next day delivery became 3 day delivery. Had people waiting to build out shelves and fit flooring in garage. Had tp send them away on first day and then jad to wait for selivery before booking them in again. Whole process took far too long. However, the products esp the shelves are excellent.

Arrived on time and no parts missing!
Overall quality good but again,could I suggest the assembly instructions are printed on a larger sheet as some details difficult to see.
Assembling the annoying H sections could be avoided if you used the alternative method of simply sliding the cross members in to slots on the long side sections like in some assembly kits-why use the H section methd at all?
Big Dug and others use the slide in method for the support sections and a lot easier to assemble!

Good quality(mostly), Expensive delivery price
3/5 felt harsh and 4/5 is probably a bit generous. Seems like good quality stuff but some of the items were bent up a bit so had to use pliers to straighten them up and force a couple of bits in to the slots and looked like they may have been used before, for £30 delivery for a 20 minute journey (Which seems slightly extortionate, would expect the product not to be damaged, overall pretty good shelving minus the bent bits and would probably shop here again if I had time to return damaged items which I didn’t this time as I had the quantity of my shed all over my garden waiting to be put away.

Really bad service
Really bad service , products damaged and missing , awful customer service . Didn’t even deliver everything at the same time , didn’t update me , ignored every ounce of contact till I threatened a charge back , not they’ve gone quiet again . I wouldn’t use
Update , no emails have been received the same excuse she used the first time however the email address for my company receives emails all day every day and nobody has an issue just you. also you have my number so you could just contact me. So I’ll update this again once you contacted me.

Really happy with the shelving units I…
Really happy with the shelving units I purchased from Tufferman. They arrived promptly, were well packaged, and good quality. My only pointer for this company would be to ensure your tracking is up to scratch. It was stated in one of the emails that tracking info was included. It wasn't. It wasn't actually possible to track my order because there was no link in the email, and a very vague statement saying only good quality couriers were used. It was purely by chance that I was at home when the packages were delivered. Very happy otherwise.

Good once assembled but terrible quality control in production
Product is good once assembled and delivered on time as promised but the assembly was a nightmare as the instruction sheet is poor and the quality control on the tongues that are used to link the components together were almost all out of alignment and needed significant effort to correct prior to assembly

Spot on
I've ordered from Tufferman before and they were great but this time after ordering 3 units I'm missing some shelves (probably down to the courier) and I'm not getting anywhere with calls constantly getting cancelled off.
A day later.....A quick email and everything was sorted and new shelves are on the way. Have to say, customer service was spot on (And I need to stop being impatient)

Ordering straight forward enough
Ordering straight forward enough. Delivery went wrong twice, 1 item missing from floor tile delivery then shelving delivery had 3 items missing apparently Sent on a different route to mine.
As regards products, shelving needs careful assembling tabs on supports easily bent and if forced can fracture as well. After learned best way easy enough to assmeble
