Ordering straight forward enough
Ordering straight forward enough. Delivery went wrong twice, 1 item missing from floor tile delivery then shelving delivery had 3 items missing apparently Sent on a different route to mine.
As regards products, shelving needs careful assembling tabs on supports easily bent and if forced can fracture as well. After learned best way easy enough to assmeble

Super quality garage shelving
Super quality garage shelving and relatively easy to put together. Customer services were fast when using email. Impossible to get through by phone if you did need a bit of guidance though. Nonetheless overall a great experience

Was disappointed with shelving unit
Was disappointed with shelving unit. Seems more wobbly and flimsy than another almost identical unit I bought for garage storage a number of years ago.

The product is faulty as it doesnt…
The product is faulty as it doesnt assemble properly and the delivery was absolutely horrendous. The delivery man just dumped it in front of the house. I would never use again

Superb shelving..bit fiddly to put…
Superb shelving..bit fiddly to put together at first but very straightforward once you get the hsng of it.Ideally 2 people needed,but is possible on your own.
Megan in customer service was extremely helpful with sorting out issues with a damaged order during transit.

Wrong shelves delivered and 9 shelves…
Wrong shelves delivered and 9 shelves short.
Sent replacements that were wrong again.was promised delivery on Thursday that were wrong. Promised delivery Friday didn't arrive. Promised special delivery Saturday stayed in all day,guess what didn't arrive again.
Customer services were woeful.
Need to go out Monday but sick and tired of broken promises.

Prompt delivery great product
Prompt delivery. Good quality garage shelving. Easy and quick to put together with only a rubber mallet needed. Sturdy and good quality shelves that hold an impressive weight. . Much better than many others I’ve used in the past from other suppliers. Would recommend.

Don’t expect any spare parts
I brought some shelves back in January, the vrs for a garage storage. These have hardboard shelving which seem fine. However once I had put them up I had a container that leaked onto them. The issue is that hardboard absorbs water so they were ruined. No problem I will order some replacement. No tufferman customer service told me they don’t carry spares and none are available in the warehouse. They will not supply a simple spare. As far as I am on concerned that is unforgivable for such a basic item.

Poor delivery and logistics made my experience frustrating
The Interlocking tiles are a good quality and easy to fit but the company logistics, delivery and dispatch arrangements is in chaos. The wrong number of tiles sent then the wrong type of tread, delivery can not be arranged and no control over best time when delivery can take place.

No delivery & Poor Communication
Placed a relatively small order for 2 shelving units and accessories. Although I was told the items were dispatched I still have not received them over a week later. Communication has been very limited. I have asked for a refund so hopefully that will be done without any further delays.

Shelving units
Orderd 3 units of shelving, all went well delivered on time and in good condition. I'm 83, but, managed to assess and assemble in about 2.5 hrs. Would definitely recommend this product and, Suffering.
