I've been using for 12 years TTNET Turkey's worst internet company. I work from home during the pandemic period. However, TTNET has not provided internet for 1 month. This is perhaps the thousandth problem I've had. My commitment was ending in January 2021, but on their own, yes this is the peak of their scams, they automatically renewed my schedule in July 2020. Without any confirmation, they renew the commitment that I have waited for 1 year without making a call, and they want thousands liras to cancel it. If you do not cancel my subscription within 1 week, I will apply to the Consumer Court via E-Devlet. I shared your scam methods not only here, also on sikayetim.com and sikayetvar.com.

This company suck,they keep making me pay more for years,signal very slow and bad i use this for 6 years already i want close but they demand 1000 for close it if i ask why my fatura different from last month they says its promotion and now fix price,another next month i ask why its rising again they give me same answer. U give me pricey fatura u MUST give me good quality for my internet...are you blood sucker???

they can do anything to keep you subscribed. the connection is always bad and they can't even do anything about it. just blabber.

The worst internet company ever. They Don respect their clients at all. They don't keep their promises. I don't have an internet service for almost one month and they keep telling me that they are investigating about the issue. They treat their clients like fool. We have been deceived by their reputation. I don't recommend anyone to this bad company.

The worst company ever. It is impossible to cancel your subscription with them, when you want to cancel they will ask lots of money to cancel it. One of the world!!!

İ was gonna leave 0 star but have to give 1 to write this...jus cane to turkey 1 month ago wanted to get home internet and its been 3 weeks since i ordered one but still havent got it they gave me 3 appoinments they never showed up i called call center so many times they hung up the phone before i speak to anyone just horrible customer service wow

As with many of these reviews, giving one star is misinformation. They do not deserve any stars.
If you want good internet, choose Vodafone or Turknet. Türktelekom are an outdated, backward company with no real customer service. The same old answers, but no resolution and they can be really rude and unprofessional.
I have been trying to change providers, but the infrastructure provided by Türktelekom is so old and outdated, no other provider wants to know. Even the engineers suggest using a different company. They known how bad this company is.
Even if you compare the broadband speeds to the rest of Europe, they are in the dark ages.

If it was possible to give minus rating, I would. And thanks to all the reviews, I have changed my mind from taking their internet. I have been waiting for about 2 weeks for their damned internet. They keep saying a technician will come, who never called, nor came. Anyway, I would rather go without internet than this type of service.

We changed to Türk telecom for our internet the biggest mistake I’ve made in my life. We have been with them for six months and the internet is not working we have phoned them on numerous occasions that’s if you can get an answer also my wife has been to the local office still no internet although my wife has numerous messages saying there is a problem with the line and it is in hand. Enough they keep quoting contract well this works two ways we pay we are getting nothing for our money I think six months is enough. I am going to another provider and taking Türk telecom to court for annulment of the contract,costs and compensation. If you are thinking Türk telecom BEWARE they are a terrible company with a non existent after service.

This is for the sole purpose of saving people, Avoid at all cost. if you have a problem, just cancel and pay the cancellation fees, trust me it is worth it.

Me : your employee tricked me into changing my contract, I just needed transfer
Them : we can't do anything about it, you have to pay for your new 12mb/s internet
Me : I don't want to change my contract I just needed to transfers
Them : there is nothing we can do, you can write a complaint to main office
Me: but you are the main office
Them : yeah but we're not like the main 'main' office
Me : ok now you say there is nothing I can do I get it, but you say my new contract is 12mb/s, I'm having 5mb/s only
Them : well yeah because it is 'up to 12mb/s' so 5 is ok and pretty normal
Me : are you kidding me ? I used to have 8mb/s and it was faster than your fake scam 'up to 12'
Them : Hadi iyi günler (which means have a good day) with a venomous smile

PS : When I went to their office, they charged me 40tl, which I learnt later that I did not have to pay anything, so on top of all, they robbed me of extra money, cause that is what they do.

I hope my review saves at least one foreigner in the future ! DON'T GO TO TURK TELEKOM, they SCAMMERS, they really are, and I am not overreacting.

I have two separate contracts with Turk telekom in my building. One internet service for the 1st floor and another service for my apartment on the 4th floor. It took many weeks to get my service installed. Now all the sudden my internet stopped working. I called 4 days ago and they told me my service should be working again within 48 hours. It's been 96hrs and I'm still waiting. Horrible service.

After you sign the contract they even don't answer your call. I signed the contract and I dont have any internet. What kind of customer service is this?

I have to pay 150 TL for the internet for each month but they don't provide me the internet!
I do not have the internet!!!!! I contacted them more than 100 times!!
I have to pay because I made a contract before but now I don't have the right to cancel my subscription.

TURKTELEKOM, must be the worst service company in turkey, to installed internet at my home it tooked 14 days and after this was done still there no internet connection, I call customer service several times and only they can say is that some technician will approach soon, it’s been 2 days so far ... no immediately answer from them

Very happy with their tarriffs internet packages it is very cheap good signal quality and helpful support it is good to use in europe too

Bu sabah internet paketi sona erdi ve işCep uygulaması ile internet için 30 lira ödedim, interneti 20 dakika aldım, sonra internet tekrar iptal edildi, Türk Telekom şubesine gittim, soruyu sormaya çalıştım, bana kötü davrandı ve sonra gülmeye başladı. Ödediğiniz miktar dediler

The company you can not receive service for your money!

I dont know how this company got 6.1...!! Because this company doesn’t even deserve to get 2. I’m really disappointed and I’ve never experienced such a poor internet company 👎🏻 Do not think to take turk telekon ever !!!! Because is gonna make you gone crazy. Shame on this company

We paid a bill for internet connection, and the connection is still not established after a week of waiting. We received a date and hour for the technicians to come, which then got postponed once. They then didn't show up. Next day, the same happens again. 2 postponements and no technicians. When I tried calling them about the issue, the 'best they could offer me' was another appointment in 3 days time. Really, how is that supposed to solve or help the probem?
