Victoria Linen Co Opiniões

I wasn’t sure about ordering for our 8ft bed from Victorian Linen, as I usually use another company. I need not to have worried, as they are a lovely colour and good quality and a perfect size. I’m delighted, and will order again

Lovely quality linen with an excellent fit on the bed. Not the quickest delivery but worth the wait.

Very well made-to-measure product, delivered in the time frame specified. Arrived with essential packaging and no unnecessary extra plastic.

Great quality, efficient and friendly servce

Best quality product but delivery was very very slow

Needed mattress protectors and sheets for 6'6 single beds and placed my order. Didn't see until too late that there is quite a lengthy lead time because the items are made from the orders. I contacted them, explaining that I needed the bedding before family arrived. They replied in the affirmative and my items arrived on the day that I needed them. Excellent quality and responsive customer service...thank you!

The highest marks for the pillows and cotton percale sheets; the quality is well worth the price. It was also worth the 6 weeks of waiting and when it comes to replace the flannelette bedding for the colder weather, I'll certainly order again.

Lovely products, courteous customer service, efficient delivery

Beautiful quality bed linen, made to measure for my under sized double bed quilt. I ordered a zipper instead of buttons for fastening the quilt cover. Nothing was too much trouble. It took a while to come as it went missing but the problem was resolved quickly.

Can’t recommend Victoria Linen enough. Was struggling to find a fitted sheet deep enough to cover an extra deep mattress with a topper. Was completely fed with mine popping off at the corners. Stumbled across Victorian Linen searching the Internet and discovered they hand make to order basically the depth size you need. Quality is excellent, you may have to slightly wait longer for delivery as they were handmade to order. And what a bonus to be supporting industry in the UK.

THe quality of goods from this company is excellent, the only reason for 4 stars as against 5 is that the delivery was longer than I thought, otherwise first class service.

Whilst the order took a little longer to arrive than expected, the quality of the sheets and mattress protectors were superb. The packaging was also excellent (no plastic to dispose of), just beautifully presented and excellent quality.

Used a three times now. Perfect and attentive customer service

I wanted fitted sheets for our adjustable bed and Victoria Linen make them to order so you can get a good fit.
I have found that being able to pick the depth particularly useful as other brand sheets were not deep enough and used to slip off the bed. Also, our bed is 6 foot 6 inches and it’s not easy getting longer ones from other retailers that fit.
The material used is excellent quality and can be washed and tumble dried.
This is the second set I have purchased from them and the quality is excellent.
I like that they are wrapped in brown paper so can be recycled and there was a little card from the person who made them.
It’s great to be able to support a British business too.

Really friendly personal service- thank you ☺️

Super fast delivery! The cotton is very good quality. My only criticism is that the sheet hasn’t been cut square. When folded in half the top edges don’t meet together, which is annoying when ironing the sheet. Apart from that I’m happy with my purchase and would order again.

Recommend this company for their quality products and attention to detail.
Found the website difficult to navigate to order our unusual size fitted sheets but staff helpful by phone. Would love bamboo sheets in other colour options than just white.
Sleeping well in our luxurious new sheets.

It has been a long time looking for a fitted sheet that stays on our very deep mattress! Finally we have found one. High quality, made to measure in a lovely colour. Delivered when promised and backed up with courteous and prompt customer support. A super British company…highly recommended.

Exceptional service and communication. I had a slight issue with the valence I ordered - which was my fault. Joanne at Victoria Linen could not have been more helpful, she was really responsive. I’m thrilled with the bespoke valence which fits perfectly and is great quality. Thank you ☺️
