Unbrauchbar nach Bruch des Arretierungshebels

Nach 3 Jahren und 2 Monaten brach wegen Materialermüdung die Arretierung aus Kunststoff für die Führungsschiene aus!
Somit kann dieWäschespinne nicht mehr festgestellt werdenund ist damit nicht mehr nutzbar! Eine Kulanzregelung (das Problem ist bei Vileda bekannt) schließt der Hersteller aus, sodass ich meine nicht mehr nutzbare Wäschespinne nunmehr entsorgen muss, da auch kein Ersatzteil lieferbar ist. Nachhaltigkeit schaut anders aus ! Fazit : Finger weg von dieser Wäschespinne !!! Wenn es eine Bewertung ohne Stern geben würde, dann ohne Stern !

Disappointing Product Quality and Poor Customer Service from Vileda

I purchased the Vileda Natural Latex x100 disposable gloves (size S/M, batch 120444401, production 04/2024) and am deeply disappointed with the product quality. Many gloves break immediately upon use and some have stains, rendering them unusable.

My experience with Vileda's customer service has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite the evident product quality issue, I was denied any form of assistance (replacement, refund, or voucher) due to the lack of a purchase receipt. I provided all my personal information and the production batch, which clearly shows the gloves were produced less than two years ago and therefore fall within the legal warranty period, but the company refused to acknowledge the problem, stating that "without proof of purchase, the legal warranty expires."

I find it unacceptable that a company like Vileda does not take responsibility for the quality of its products, especially when the defect is so obvious and the production batch indicates a recent date. The poor attention to consumer problems and the bureaucratic rigidity in the face of an obvious manufacturing defect are disappointing. Despite my requests for an "immediate commercial gesture," Vileda's assistance maintained an inflexible position.

This experience has left me with an extremely negative impression of both the product and Vileda's approach to its customers. I will no longer purchase Vileda products and strongly advise against anyone doing so, given the poor quality and lack of support in case of problems.

Vileda Sunrise 50m

Vileda Sunrise 50m: Wir kauften diese Wäschespinne aufgrund des "Haus und Garten Test: Sehr gut" Urteils.
Dies ist völlig daneben. Wir können nicht nachvollziehen wie man zu solch einem Urteil kommt, denn:
Die Wäschespinne macht nicht nur einen völlig wackeligen Eindruck, sondern beim Öffnen muss man einzelne Seile nachziehen damit man die Spinne überhaut aufbekommt. Und beim schließen rasten die Seitenteile überhaupt nicht in den Deckel ein, hier muss ebenfalls per Hand nachgeholfen werden.
Fazit: Die so toll beworbenen Mechanismen funktionieren einfach nicht! Dies hätten wir von einem Markenhersteller nicht erwartet. Zukünftig richten wir uns nach Internetbewertungen und kein Testurteil.

PS: Wir haben uns an Vileda gewand und aus Garantieleistung eine neue obere Einheit erhalten. Je nachdem wie sie hält ergänze ich diese Bewertung.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service.

Have emailed, contacted on social media and called several times. I am being ignored on all platforms. I cannot understand how such a large brand gets away with such awful service.
They offer a guarantee but, as a customer, when it comes to needing it, it’s not worth anything as you will be ignored.

Wäschetrockner King Billigmüll

Wäschetrockner ist beim dritten mal Wäsche aufhängen auseinander gefallen wie ein Kartenhaus.
Der Billigschrott ist noch schlechter wie TEMU Produkte. Ersatz oder Geld zurück gibt es auch nicht.
Angebliche Nummer am Gestell gibt es nicht, Kassenbon hebt man halt nicht immer auf wenn man meint man kauft "Qualität".
ALLES IN ALLEM, FINGER WEG VON VILEDAPRODUKTEN! Die verkaufen auch nur Billigproduktionen aus dem gelben Hinterland.

Unbrauchbar nach Bruch des Arretierungshebels

Nach wenigen Jahren unbrauchbar wegen Materialermüdung der Arretierung aus Kunststoff!
Kurz nach Ablauf der Garantie ist auch bei mir die Arretierung aus rotem Kunststoff gebrochen mit der Folge, dass die Wäschespinne nicht mehr festgestellt werden kann und damit unbrauchbar ist! Eine Kulanzregelung (das Problem ist ja hinlänglich bekannt) schließt Vileda aus, sodass ich zum einen eine nicht nutzbare Wäschespinne zum Sperrmüll geben muss und nun bei der Konkurrenz eine neue gekauft habe! Danke für NIX, Vileda!

Retractable washing line broke after…

Retractable washing line broke after two months' use. This replaced a similar Vileda item which stopped retracting after two years. Argos won't replace or refund without code from Vileda. Vileda do not answer the phone, do not call back or reply to emails. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Awful Customer Experience

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I’m so upset. I have mental health issues & OCD. I am in desperate need of a mop as mine broke & I have an important event happening tomorrow at my house & it needs mopping. When I saw their advert for the new mop, I was so excited! Ordered straight away via their website & was delighted to see that they offer a next working day delivery service if you order before 2PM. Which is NOT the case with this company! I had ordered well within their time frame so they had plenty of time to despatch my item. I started to worry when no despatch email arrived, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Waited until today, day of said delivery & still nothing. So I called, only to be met with passive aggressive advisors and a very unhelpful supervisor. It took 3 phone calls to get to speak to the supervisor and when I got through to her, she was just as bad as the advisors. They didn’t care that they hadn’t been able to meet their own time frame, after one of their employees admitted they failed to deliver the item within the stated time frame, they were blaming Royal Mail, which is garbage considering I’ve had parcels turn up on time from Royal Mail for ages now. There was no care for the poor customer journey, I was not treated as an individual at all and am left very sad, upset and disappointed by the experience. I am on a very low income and this was a treat to myself after having cheap mops for years and now I’m left with no mop, very little funds & having to go and buy a new mop today. I’m shocked that a big company can leave someone like this. Please AVOID!! UPDATE - AFTER the supervisor told me there is nothing they can do & that I should refuse the delivery, it seems that the supervisor Naomi has contacted Royal Mail to spite me. I now have to wait 1-3 working days for a refund I didn’t ask for as I took what they said when they told me they couldn’t do anything, my complaint was they didn’t meet a timeframe provided. Awful experience I’m shocked and I’m absolutely livid now!

Material Verarbeitung verbessern in…

Material Verarbeitung verbessern in jeglicher Hinsicht.
Zum einen geht es um den Vileda Wäschesammler King und zum anderen um den Wischmop Stil. Bei dem Wäscheständer geht immer einer der nicht mit Rollen versehenen Füsse ab. Dann lockerte sich erst eine Stange, dann nach kurzer Zeit die zweite und nun die dritte. Eine ist schon komplett rausgebrochen. Das bei einem Wäscheständer King der 34,60 gekostet hat und für den eine Aufbau Anleitung erforderlich ist. Der Stil für den Wischmop rostet und hält dadurch bedingt nicht allzu lange. Habe eine Mail an Vileda geschrieben, diese kam heute mit dem Vermerk zurück, die wäre nur für Gewinnspiele eingerichtet worden. Unglaublich! Da fällt einem nichts mehr zu ein.

I recently bought the extension pole…

I recently bought the extension pole for their rotary washing line. Unfortunately it did not fit. I sent an email to the address supplied in the invoice and called the number I found, twice but to No avail have they had the decency to reply to either. I would like to return the item and claim my refund.

Bought a long washing line - broke so they sent me a new one ( hence 1 stars) - second one broke. I have emailed twice and messaged via social media and nothing…. Lovely weather I just can’t hang my washing out!!!!!!!!!

It is truly the first perfect online…

It is truly the first perfect online order experience since I moved to Germany. I placed an order on Sunday, on Monday I received all the updates about the progress and on Tuesday the package was delivered! Absolutely no issues and great service. I need to also appreciate the packaging- no unnecessary plastics/ papers wich only makes more waste to manage and pay for, documentation sent by email, so none of mine privat information was in the package (in case of someone stealing it they at least won’t know my full name nor address). 100% recommend!

Appalling

Appalling - whole company is a scam. First takes your money, then informs you AFTER you pay they cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, and then for unknown or unexplained reasons does not refund for a week.

Do not buy, do not trust.
