I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor customer service I experienced following my purchase of a Tiltamatic Mop.

After minimal use, the mop stick fractured due to rust. I subsequently purchased a replacement unit four weeks ago, only to have the bottom section—the component that holds the sponge—crack in two.

I contacted your customer service team on Wednesday to report the issue. I received no response.

Given the necessity of maintaining hygienic floors—particularly as I have a 12-year-old child—I returned the defective product to Woolworths and replaced it with your “Massive Mop,” which also required the purchase of a compatible bucket. This cost me an additional $21.00.

When I followed up by phone this morning, your staff not only declined to respond meaningfully to my request for a Dust Tracker (as a courtesy), but also refused to connect me with a manager. I was advised that the manager was otherwise engaged—discussing sports, browsing the internet, and talking on the phone—and unavailable to speak to a customer.

I consider this level of service entirely unacceptable and well below the standards expected from a consumer-focused company. I request that this matter be reviewed and a resolution proposed promptly.

Magic Mop - survived for about 15 minutes. The black plastic "nut" connecting handle to mop head just sheared completely rendering the whole thing useless. This "product," as it stands, is garbage and will be hard to recycle, if at all. A drastic review of company ethical values pertaining to quality is, from what I have gleaned elsewhere, both urgent and overdue. Thank you.

Vergonzoso el trato de atención en cliente. Compro en Miravia el nuevo cubo con descuento, en total 30,95. No me envían el producto y me cancelan el pedido. Cuando pido explicaciones, su única solución es que repita el pedido, claro sin descuento y al 49,99. No me contestan más cuando les digo que es una solución inaceptable a SU error con la gestión de los pedidos. Caraduras es poco

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. A steam mop bought from them has broken. Slow replies from customer the service email. They eventually said they would replace the item then no word since, after numerous emails. Their phoneline never works as it just says they can't take a call right now. I have even left a voicemail. No response. Off to trading standards next

i purchased a Villeda spiny mop about 12 months go very happy i have just purchased the pro version which has 2 tanks no happy when you spin the mop it is so unstable it almost tips up i called customer service Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm except Bank Holidays. Call 0345 769 7356 answering machine which cuts you off after 10 seconds so you can not leave you name and phone number along with your problem

Queria canviar la bateria de mi robot Vileda, pues el aparato esta en muy buen estado. Les envié, al Servicio Tecnico, los datos i modelo del robot. Me contestan que la bateria que me enviaban era VR100, y que si no iba bien no la podia devolver. Y este es lo que les conteste:
Sres. Si es esta la bateria que Udes. quieren enviarme, les comunico que no es la que lleva el dispositivo de mi robot Vileda VR1090, es más... esta bateria no cabe en el espacio destinado para ella. 

Acudi a Uds, després de mirar en todas las redes, con la esperanza que siendo el Servicio Técnico de dicho aparato, me podrian ayudar y que serian más eficientes a la hora de  buscar la bateria de dicho modelo. 

Si todo lo que pueden hacer como Servicio Técnico es esto, ni siquiera investigar sobre las piezas de un producto que Uds han creado... me parece que tengo muy claro que no debo comprar nunca mas sus productos.

Junto con esta contestación les envié la fotografia de la bateria que ellos querian que aceptara para mi robot Vileda, con la salvedad de que no podia devolverla si no iba bien. Me parece una tomadura de pelo.

Extremely Disappointed – No Item, No Refund, No Help!

I ordered the new Rinse Clean mop and bucket from Vileda a few months ago. Shortly after, I received an email from customer service informing me of a delay due to high demand. I was patient and waited, but the item never arrived, and I received no further updates.

I recently followed up to chase the order, only to be told that because of the time that has passed, they can no longer assist me. So I’m left with no product and no refund. Absolutely disgraceful service!

I’ve tried to be understanding, but the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I will never buy a Vileda product again and urge others to be cautious. Buyer beware.

Call over 10 times at different times at different days the line is always busy, email no one response

Just been ignored sent video of product as they requested and since then I’ve sent 4 emails and no one has bothered to reply …. They are shocking !!!!!

Bought a mop and bucket, and tried to enter the competition. I gave all my details and they said I had won a prize and to claim it through an email sent to me. I clicked on the link, and the page is non- existent! False Advertising!

Non existent customer service. My ironing board was delivered missing one of its rubber feet. Despite numerous emails and voicemail messages to their customer services department I’ve not heard a word from them. What an appalling company to deal with

Le spugne Ondattiva sono di una qualità bassissima. La parte abrasiva si sbriciola dopo pochi utilizzi. Oltre a perdere la capacità abrasiva, rimangono sparsi in giro pallini di materiale sintetico con il rischio di essere ingeriti. Ho comprato 6 confezioni da 3 pezzi (totale 18 pezzi), sono tutte così! Ho contattato il servizio clienti ma non sono interessati a risolvere il problema...mai più Vileda!

Im not often write a rewiev but this company is amazing. When I first time move with my husband 6 years ago we got Vileda mop . And today the same mop is still with us. Been washed every day in washmashine and still looks like new.

I have used the yellow Marigold gloves for years without a problem because I'm allergic to dishwasher soaps. Now I cannot safely hold wet crockery, cups and glasses, because they no longer have the once excellent gripping quality. I have to remember to pick them out of the bowl by the handle now, whereas before I could confidently pick them up by holding the sides. What have you done to a reliable English product? You've lost a long standing customer now!

Ich rate von diesem Kauf ab!! Ich habe Jeans aufgehangen und 2 Stäbchen sind abgebrochen! Danach habe ich nur noch Blusen aufgehangen und was ist passiert?? Und wieder eine Stange weniger! Es ist zum heulen mein Sohn hat mir ihn geschenkt das Geld zum Fenster raus geworfen! Wir konnten ihn auch nicht umtauschen da mein Sohn den Kassenzettel aus Versehen weg geschmissen hat! Ich rate von diesem Kauf ab!!

Ich hatte im November einen Wäscheständer von Vileda bei einem Drittanbieter gekauft, bei welchen nun leider eine Stange herausgebrochen ist. Nachdem ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe, erhielt ich ein paar Tage später eine sehr nette und wahnsinnige kulante Antwort des Kundenservices. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die negativen Bewertungen insbesondere zum Kundenservice nicht verstehen.

Prodotti che costano un pozzo di soldi e hanno la capacità di rompersi da soli. Ho preso un looper che ha smesso di funzionare dopo un mese di vita! Soldi buttati!

Keine Rückmeldung auf die Reklamation. Der Wäscheständer ist nach 3 Wochen kaputt gegangen. Wir werden nun schriftlich anfragen mit Frist und nach Ablauf die Verbraucherzentrale einschalten.

3 stenditoi acquistati online direttamente sul sito Vileda. Arrivati imballati solo con uno strato di plastica. Tutti e 3 rotti in punti diversi, inutilizzabili. Dopo mia segnalazione con foto e dopo numerosi email, fissiamo la data per il ritiro. Loro non fanno sostituzione, così bisogna ricominciare l'acquisto da capo. Il corriere non si presenta per 3 giorni di seguito. Al secondo giorno metto la merce davanti a casa, in campagna, perchè non posso stare a casa per 3 giorni di fila. Gli stenditoi non ci sono più al terzo giorno, ma Vileda nega di averli ritirati (possibilissimo) e rifiuta di rimborsarmi per merce rotta (e tre giorni di attesa a casa). Pessimo prodotto, pessimo imballaggio, pessima organizzazione, pessimo servizio.

A year ago I bought a Vileda Retractable washing line, I have to pay someone to put this up. At first the line seemed as if it would snap but I was wrong about that its quite strong the problem is where the line wraps around to stop going any further this is very flimsy, weak I know I had this a year before it broke off but that to me isnt long for the price it should last longer my neighbour has had another make retractable line and she has had hers over 10 years. Now I have to buy another and pay someone again to put it up
