i was sent the wrong flavorizer bars they would not fit they wanted me to return which was a big hassle i had the means to cut them to fit my grill they were supposed to be stainless they were a very low quality stainless magnet stuck and produced a lot of sparks i have been a lifetime weber customer but will think twice before buying again and will never buy from their website
High Quality Not!
Bought one of these when I purchased my Traveler grill. I've been using it every time that I fire up the grill, and now the vendor tells me that there is an important recall on this brush. I went through all the hoops in order to register my brush, including taking pictures of both sides of the brush, so they would believe that it was one of theirs. After it was registered, I was told that it would be shipped out in two weeks. Two weeks went by, and I get a letter from a loser named Chris who is in charge of Order Fulfillment at Weber. He let me know that unfortunately, my replacement brush would not arrive for 8 MORE WEEKS! I wrote him back asking him to tell me what we're supposed to do without the brush, and he never responded. If the company is run by poor management like him, then they deserve many negative reviews. I didn't have any idea they were this sorry, but I guess I'll just buy a brush from one of their competitors.

La commande initiale a été livrée rapidement, ce qui semblait prometteur. L’échange a également été effectué sans délai. Mais depuis, j’attends mon remboursement depuis plus d’un mois.
Tant qu’il s’agit de vendre, tout est impeccable. Mais dès qu’il faut récupérer son argent, on peut clairement faire une croix sur le remboursement. Le service client répond lentement et ne propose aucune solution concrète. Pour moi, ce n’est absolument pas un service fiable.
Terrible service
Took my order, charged me, shipped it, then they cancelled it, got it shipped back, refunded less than half, and never sent me any communication about it because my order email address and paypal email address were different. Zero accountability when I told them about it. Good products but their service is so terrible I'll doubt I'd buy anything off them again.

Helt vanvittig god service. Jeg har flere gange haft brug for garantien på min Weber-grill, og hver eneste gang har det været en fuldstændig problemfri oplevelse.
Delene er blevet sendt med det samme, uden diskussion eller bøvl. Jeg har haft kontakt med Anne, som har været ekstremt serviceminded, venlig og meget kompetent hele vejen igennem.
Det er præcis sådan kundeservice skal være – og det giver virkelig tillid til Weber som brand. Stor ros til Anne for en fremragende indsats. Jeg kan kun anbefale Weber på det varmeste.

Assistenza clienti inesistente, per ricevere una risposta bisogna scrivere parecchie volte.
Ho riscontrato problemi di ruggine sui ripiani in acciaio inox del barbecue (pensavo fosse un prodotto di alta qualità).
Quando l'assistenza risponde, non è di alcun aiuto.

Det er ret skuffende når man køber en Weber aluminium bordgrill, at kanterne på pladerne ikke er gradueret. Med kvalitet skal man ikke kunne skære sig, efter min mening.

Für einen einen Weber Grill habe ich mich bewusst entschieden, wegen des hervorragenden Rufs und der angeblich langlebigen Qualität. Umso größer ist meine Enttäuschung: Bereits nach nur einem Jahr beginnt die Emaillierung an der Außenseite abzublättern (siehe Foto). Ein Grill, der abgedeckt steht und nur saisonal genutzt wurde, darf so etwas nicht aufweisen, schon gar nicht bei dieser Preisklasse.
Von einem Premium Hersteller wie Weber hätte ich mehr erwartet. Für mich sieht das klar nach einem Material- oder Verarbeitungsfehler aus, vorallem weil ich mich an die Pflege- und Betriebsanleitung des Herstellers gehalten habe. Ein klarer Fall für die Garantie oder zumindest für Kulanz dachte ich mir. Leider blieb bisher eine zufriedenstellende Reaktion seitens des Herstellers aus.
Ich hoffe sehr, dass Weber hier noch nachbessert und auf seine Kunden hört, ansonsten war das leider mein letzter Weber Grill. Der erste Grill, ein Outdoor Chef mit 15 Jahren Laufzeit, wurde in dieser Zeit nur die Brenner gewechselt.....ohne Emaille Schaden.

in UK, bought a BBQ from the 'main' dealer website-a subsidiary of weber.com. Found the same BBQ at one of their UK distributors (and then others) for £180 cheaper the day I ordered it. Asked whether they could refund the difference. No reply. website says 'under maintenance' so can't even leave a 'contact us' message. no reply from the almost daily marketing email address (no bounce back. Total lack of trust in their comms and transparency-not even the decency for a reply saying 'sorry no can do'..

How to not send an item by `DPD from WEBER. I purchased a package of items from Weber and they decided to put a fragile fire starter in a box with 2 sacks of coals. of course someone in the warehouse knows that it will get shaken about and crushes the fire lighter unit. 2 calls plus sending proof in pictures of the damage and i still have not secured a replacement. What wonderful service the customer support provide. Just an acknowledgement email saying they will get on to the issue in 5 to 7 days. So much for the BBQ this weekend. I could have got one over night from Amazon. Certainly the Weber company do not care for the bad feedback I read on Trustpilot ref 2685017 GO-06627261 Why do companies employ moron's that spoil the company name? The product is not very impressive and it will soon rust as there are paint chips already. Just poor quality it seems. Not often you see such bad feed back as many 1 stars as 5 stars that has to be bad. Reading them I doubt I will get the item replaced as promise. OK I am a retired lawyer and more than happy to issue a county court summons or go down the visa dispute route. `their choice ! Still no replacement of damaged goods. Usual run around by Weber. I may be a retired Lawyer, but I am more than will ing to issue a county court summons and if granted I will instruct the London Court to instruct the sheriffs to visit there offices and collect the money or take enough items to sell at auction.

Jeg har forsøgt at komme i kontakt med WEBER kundeservice vedrørende opbevaringen af gasflasken, som der ikke står noget som helst om i manualen!!
De svarer slet ikke på telefonen eller mine skriftlige henvendelser!! Virkelig dårlig service.
Super service
Jeg skrev til Weber vedr en knækket batteriholder til vores Genesis II LX-640 grill. Desuden spurgte jeg til, hvor ofte jeg skulle skifte flavor bars. Jeg blev 2 dage efter kontaktet af deres service afdeling, der straks sendte mig alle dele uden beregning. Jeg har lige modtaget og skiftet delene, og det hele virker helt, som det skal. Grillen er 6 år gammel, så det er en fantastisk god service.
Bedst kvalitet og top service!
Jeg har brugt Weber-produkter i over 20 år og mener, det er den bedste kvalitet på markedet. Jeg er lidt overrasket over de negative kommentarer her.
Jeg købte for nylig en erstatnings-grillrist, hvor der var et kvalitetsproblem – men Weber erstattede den hurtigt og effektivt. Fremragende service!

Always thought Weber BBQ’s were quality products with a quality customer service department. How wrong was I.
I bought a Weber Genesis BBQ 2 years ago. Always covered after use. Sadly the painted BBQ body has serious cosmetic rust issues. A cheap BBQ from e bay lasts longer ! Their customer service department is dreadful even admitted they have issues with rust on painted bodies. Their long guarantee is worthless, As the body must have rust holes in it before they will consider any action. You will have thrown the BBQ away well before that, as it will look dreadful ! Just read all the negative reviews. Seriously Weber you have major issues with your quality and customer service. If you do not address your problems you will not survive

rettede henvendelse til Weber, da jeg har mistet en møtrik,( ikke dansk format) til min Performer grills lågholder, hvor syntes det var lidt vildt at købe en ny. Sørme om Pil ikke fandt en reservedelspakke, som jeg sagde ja til at købe, De skulle så lige finde lidt info omkring levering, og så idag, skriver Pil sørme, at de har nogle løse møtriks på kontoret, så nu får jeg dem kvit og frit. Så Weber og Pil får 5 stjerner herfra.
Weber iGrill er et dyrt produkt men alt for dårligt
Jeg er nu på mit 4. Weber iGrill og endnu engang en kæmpe skuffelse. De seneste 2 var godt nok gaver for jeg havde opgivet produktet. Køb det ikke.
Batterier anvendt under en time anerkendes ikke og i følge produkt information skulle det kunne bruger 150-200 timer !
Når App endelig kan forbindes til termometer er det svært at få pålidelige målinger der svinger og ofte viser over 200 grader lige efter start.
Det er et dyrt sammenlignet med andre lignende produkter, så det er jo overraskende at kvaliteten er så elendig.
Beklager negative ordvalg men nok er nok.
