Absolute pile of sh1te.Didnt bother to turn up on the date arranged and no phone call to say why. Arranged for the next day before 12. Had to ring again told 100 percent will be today....however unable to track driver.... bollocks...5 minutes later gets a call saying the driver is too ill to continue. Hung up the phone in disgust.

No you don't..the form is massive and takes about 20 min to fill in the only thing you don't ask is my blood group..
Bikes with big milage you just aint interested ...how can you say you are not interested in a susuki hayabusa

The guy I made initial contact with ( Tom ) was very pleasant to deal with, a price was agreed which was better than I had been offered by a dealer, the driver that collected it was a nice guy. The collection driver had a good look over the bike, and because it was exactly how I described it they bought it, there was no trying to chip the value as people try to make out, everything went smoothly, and I would do the same again. If you are 100% honest about the condition of your bike the sale will go exactly as planned.

On time no, missing about quick and efficient service

Shocking behaviour, gave a very low ball valuation initially anyway but I wanted rid the f my bike as it was just sat in the garden, when they arrived they then HALVED the amount of the offer but they are praying on people’s desperation. Would not use in the future nor recommend to anyone

When he arrived he was just as affable in person and after he inspected the bike, he verified it with the office and promptly made payment for the full valuation, which was in my bank before the bike was on the van.

Selling process was smooth and stress
free. Bike was collected on arranged date, with an hours notification from the driver (thanks Goldie!).
Funds were transferred immediately as requested. All in all a better than expected experience.

The service of valuation and picking up the bike was excellent and I received my money as promised. The issue is that the V5C has not been sent to DVLA resulting in me getting a fine for no insurance. We have been promised this would be addressed some weeks ago, although the fine has been paid by me, DVLA are still expecting the insurance to be updated.
