Good service and fast pay out. Very happy with the way in which they operate.

I inputted all the information they wanted, including uploading photos, and they just sent an email saying they weren't interested. Seems they only want bike they can move on quickly to make a profit. Very poor customer service

Swift and very easy. My only complaint would be that I don’t think you should have to pay a fee for immediate payment.

The process was simple, I sent the details of my bike and got a valuation. I accepted this valuation and arrangements were made for it to be collected.I anticipated that when the bike was collected that the price might drop. It didnt, I received the agreed amount. The man who collected the bike, Andy G was great, the handover went well and I received the money into my bank while I stood there. He even notified DVLA and showed me what he had done. Cant fault the service, I was kept in contact all the way through.

Would leave 0 stars if it was possible. Answered all their questions very accurately, was very honest about my bike (put it down as average even though it is probably a little nicer than that). They book an appt quickly which was good but proceed to then knock off £600 from the original quote... all stating wear and tear items that you'd expect from a 6 year old bike that was marked as average. SO SO POOR from them. You've wasted everyones time.

Don’t bother- these people are complete time wasters. Messed me about for days, sent me a form to fill out; then another, then informed me that they weren’t interested in buying it… seriously?? Look elsewhere

Very good straightforward experience. Fair valuation over the phone. John turned up to inspect the bike and the deal was finalised at the agreed price.

Super easy process from beginning to end. I got fed up with no shows and all the rest of the time wasting that goes along with a private sale. Absolutely reasonable price offered for my bike, a collection date arranged within a few days and the dolla was in my account rapid. Dean, who collected my bike was awesome! Explained everything as he was going along and lovely to chat to.

All very straightforward. No messing around when they arrive to collect the bike, unlike other "webuyanybike" companies. This company actually does buy any bike.

Nick turned up on time was very polite and efficient he asked for time to inspect the bike and within twenty minutes had completed the whole procedure including payment before loading the bike into the back of his van.

Went through all the process and received a disgustingly lowball offer that I wouldn't sell a moped for. A 3 and a half grand bike, offered £500. Two fingers is all you get for that.
