The process for receiving the loan car…
The process for receiving the loan car is too much pathetic.
Till last year it was all good.
This year there is a single person across all service center and just for picking the loan car, it took 2 hours in waiting room.
And pick time for more than 1 hour.
It's too frustrating.
I have been with Wilson for past 5 years but this would be last and will find something else in future.

Highly recommended
The staff at Wilson’s Renault were extremely helpful and responsive to my queries whether face-to-face, email or phone. Subah was great during the test drive, the sales paperwork and during the handover - very knowledgeable, polite and friendly.
