Update - WonderDays has worked hard to resolve my disappointment. Demonstrating the commitment to Customer Service I had seen in many reviews.
Users still need to use caution with ALL voucher sites for reasons stated in original review.

Original Review You have to be very careful with voucher sites - often you can buy the experience for 25% off the voucher price and with simpler booking if book direct with the service provider. For example I exchange the voucher I was given for a total cost of £112 for 2 seats - to be allocated RESTRICTED VIEW seats costing only £81 for my second choice show on second choice date!

This is not acceptable and will never use Wonder Days again and will inform the person who gifted us the vouchers to do the same.

Cant thank them enough for extending my grandsons experience voucher having had it for 12 months,he lost it then found it again 2 days after it had expired.

I needed to change some details of my booking, I spoke to Lizzie in customer services, explained my new request and she immediately updated the booking and also sent over additional information relevent to location options. She was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and personable

We placed and order just before Christmas and I made a mistake on the delivery date. Your team upgraded my delivery and emailed me to let me know when to expect it . I had not received the dpd link so had to email your team again for an update they replied immediately and the delivery was only a couple of hours later .

Brilliant service. Lizzie was so helpful with a little error i made on the voucher. Lizzie was happy to help and resolved this straight away. I cant wait to see my nephews face on christmas. Thank you!

Possibly the best customer service I have received for a very long time! They actually reached out to me off their own back as I had requested my voucher to be posted, I had mistakenly put the date to be dispatched after Christmas and as they guessed this was a Christmas present… they upgraded the postage to express to be received before Christmas and kindly emailed me to let me know! 10/10 service.

I was panicking about a gift I bought for Christmas but Lizzie put my mind at rest,

I was really stuck for a gift for my son in law. So I was super pleased to find a gift from wonder days for him. But what I’d like to say is this,
My order had an incomplete address. They swiftly left a message on my phone and an email to tell me this. I responded to the email with the full details but for good measure I phoned too. They knew straight away that I had emailed and they had also responded to it before I even made the call. If there was a 100 star review they would have it. Many thanks team. You’re wonderful

Peccato davvero per la mancata spedizione del voucher cartaceo in Italia ma, devo ammettere, il mio è davvero un caso particolare.
Mi ha colpito molto l'assistenza e la gentilezza della signora Natalie: nel giro di un quarto d'ora abbiamo risolto il mancato invio tramite corriere e mi sono stati restituiti i soldi dovuti per la consegna espresso.

Well wow! What great communication this company has! Fast responses! I wanted to book my sister a treat and was unsure what happens after purchase, but the staff explained to me the steps of what happens after through email. Great services!
