Excellent experience, I had an issue with my experience being cancelled by the 3rd party I'd booked for but wonderdays sorted it very promptly and I am now looking forward to a new experience. Plenty of experiences to choose from and something for everybody. I will absolutely be using wonder days again.

Had a minor problem with delivery which was nothing to do with wonder days the delivery company delivered to wrong house contacted wonder days and they were brilliant and very helpful would definitely recommend and use again

Lizzie was able to extend my voucher without an issue and responded very quickly to my emails. Can't fault the customer service.

Tried to book an experience after buying a voucher online. When we went to book with the supplier there is no availability all year. Phoned customer service who said this was known since October but wonderdays website has not been updated 3 months later. Was advised to wait for a cancellation or take it up with the supplier. This is a shambles of an experience company who shirk their responsibility. Asked for a refund and was told we would need to email them for that, can’t do it through phoning. So left with a useless voucher, poor customer service and questionable refund. Beyond unacceptable.Advice- I would look elsewhere or contact the experience supplier direct and cut out the voucher middle man. See less

Awful. Sell you a voucher with mis information on the website. The tractor experience states it is available in 5 locations. Only when you have purchased the voucher you're told that there are only 3 locations with NO AVAILABILTY!!! So basically you pay £75 for a voucher code that you cannot use and they blame it on the 3rd party Adventure 001. Please don't use this company...others may be more expensive but at least you can actually book what you have paid for.

The voucher I'd ordered hadn't arrived for the desired date so, I sent an email requesting an approximate eta. Within minutes I received a personal response expressing they'd despatched my item on my requested date along with the offer of help. I responded agreeing to wait a day or two but unfortunately nothing arrived. I fired a second email and again received a response within minutes which included a heartfelt message with a temporary solution which I could present to the recipient. All was well, and I promised to inform Wonder Days when the physical voucher arrived, my promised was fulfilled today, 20.01.26. The item was, as stated above, posted on my requested date, 05.01.26. So, lovely Royal Mail have taken 15 days to deliver! If I was Royalty I'd sack them off!! I can't thank Phillip at Wonder Days enough for his communication and help. Credit where credit is due, I would definitely recommended Wonder Days!💕

I had a query regarding extending the expriy date on a voucher due to limited spaces with the provider. Lizzie was very helpful and promptly sorted my problem.

Christmas gift vouchers for my son, were very easy to buy, and very competitively priced
A very big shout out must go to Lizzie in Customer Services who replied to quickly to my concern that a hacked email account, meant the vouchers were stolen. Lizzie, replied to me advising that she had cancelled the original vouchers, and regenerated new!
A very easy company to have dealings with.

Great customer service from Lizzie when I had a problem with my voucher. She even emailed to apologise for the wait and reassure me they were still sorting it so that I didn’t feel forgotten.

Wonder days made it so simple.
Absolutely fabulous experience with Bespoke Scuba Diving

Been wanting to do this for such a long time. Matt made me feel so at ease and had so much patience. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend Bespoke Scuba Diving.

The website is easy and clear but the follow up questions for the customer service team (Lizzie) was fast, helpful and because of this i would 100% use again!

Great day, the guys running the experience were super friendly and even gave my son a free beanie hat for waiting patiently as he was one of the last to get in the car though it didn't feel too long.
Refreshments are cash only which would have been handy to know beforehand.

Very helpful service and a lot of choices to make it a memorable experience!

Quick service I booked today and it was possible to get ride thanks to the customer service lady Lucy she was very wonderful gave me a prompt response by email i was thrilled and very polite too.

Really good brewery tour experience at Track brewery, would really recommend it. Our guide Paul was informative, knowledgeable and inclusive, the beer was good too! Great customer support from Natalie at Wonder Days too.

I never write reviews but am so impressed by the customer service and Natalie was fantastic. My voucher had just expired (my fault) and I sent en email on the chance something could be done….it was so easy! New voucher issued, full 12 months added, and because there was an offer on at the time I even received an additional gift voucher for the price difference. I will definitely be buying all experiences through this company in future.

I had to cancel an experience, and it was very straightforward. Natalie could not have been more helpful.
