I liked how everything is in one place
I liked how everything is in one place. My coverage is linked so I don't have to figure out what will be paid for. And when I was ready to check out my prescription was already there too from the in-network provider so I didn't have to worry about connecting the provider and having them verify that information. They also helped make sure I was ordering the right contacts based on my prescription.

Great glasses at a great price & quality!
They have an excellent selection of glasses and sunglasses for a great price! I’ve ordered several pairs from them and the glasses are excellent quality and arrived fast. Also, whenever I had to call with the customer service team they were extremely accommodating and easy to work with.

I love the ease of ordering through XP Health! I have ordered numerous contacts and pairs of glasses. Every time I find the app very user friendly and easy to order exactly what I need. The selection also cannot be beat. There are various contact types and manufacturers. The is also a large selection of glasses and sunglasses.

Has pros and cons
I like the price, but there are a few drawbacks. I had to change eye doctors because it is hard to find an eye doctor that will take this insurance, and I imagine it is going to get harder because the one I went to this year was not happy that I could not buy through them. I do appreciate the lower prices, but I don't love the frames I got, and I'm annoyed that they are a bit too loose around my ears and there is no one to resize them, so I have to be careful that they don't fall off. Using warm water and then trying to carefully bend them did not work, and I already know the eye doctor does not want to help me with glasses I could not buy through them.
