Absolutely awful. I have been helping my partner choose furniture for his home... Ordered from Yorkshire Furniture co on 5 jan. Website says 14 working days for delivery - it's now been 22. Fine, I get that there have been supply chain issues. However, there hasn't been any communication, neither to inform us on realistic expectations for delivery nor has there been any response to emails requesting such information. Not only do i regret not looking at reviews so we could have chosen to purchase elsewhere but I am appalled at the way this company flippantly responds to negative reviews... totally unhinged, borderline abusive and lacking any accountability for their failure to deliver acceptable service or communication.

Do not buy from this company they are the worst company I have ever delay with
They cancelled my delivery during the time slot that was booked I had taken the day off rk be Home
They then said they would deliver the following week but nothing they don’t reply to emails and don’t answer the phone they should be shut down absolutely shocking company so not buy from them

Been waiting for my order since last year! It’s been months. Keep being told my order is on back order and will be arriving soon. I’ve emailed again for the 6th time asking where my order is and had no response.

Undeserving of one star let alone Five! Warning Do Not Buy from this “Company” SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Bought A Chest of drawers for my elderly Parents on the Nineteenth of January upon looking we found it could take 6-8 weeks to deliver so we cancelled the order almost immediately and asked for a refund in which we were told yes no problem!? After numerous emails we still haven’t received a single penny back! I’ve also received a txt from a number that doesn’t exist in the uk stating that our order has been shipped-haven’t received item btw! No communication from owner at all even ignoring Emails Now She Is A Scammer AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️

I ordered from these and didn't immediately receive an order confirmation. The reviews on here made me panic that I had been scammed. However, they did answer my messages and although the delivery time was disappointingly 6 to 8 weeks, they did refund me straightaway when I requested. I cancelled the item and bought it elsewhere in the end, but in all fairness my experience was that they did communicate well and refunded promptly.

Unable to leave no stars. WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM. Have reported to various advertising and regulatory organisations to prevent others being ripped off. Not sure if positive ratings are spurious, but I add my name to numerous individuals stolen from. Also found under Ironrosehome. Never again.
Placed an order, after one week with no communication of dispatch- I sent an email to have a reply of "6-8 weeks" no mention of this timescale on their website. If I had have known this, I wouldn't have ordered. Very very unhappy.

If only I read the reviews it’s been nearly 4 months!
No item, no delivery and no reply’s to my emails.
Luckily my bank has refunded me!

Ordered and paid by bank transfer as apparently my credit card transaction didn’t work. bedside cabinets on 5th September. Trouble getting them from suppliers. I thought they were second hand from Facebook marketplace. In November asked for refund but shopify apparently were having technical issues. Couldn’t do payback thing through my bank as it was a bank transfer several (seems like hundreds) of email later and reporting to trading standards still no refund. This woman’s thief do not order from her

This is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! They take money then don’t respond to emails or deliver goods. Told me 6 weeks asked for a refund never heard from them again: just glad I didn’t spend more

Worst company everrrrr … found in Uk order 2 bedsides table since may never received anything was asking for refund but the keep tell lies and never send money back is couple of hundreds pounds, and I’m so upset why should I leave them to such people..!! Guys Do Not Order From Them!!!! Is scam

These people leave u fir weeks then slide in a quick email to say we will be in touch then nothing I want a refund but theve ignored my request next step will be trading standards

If I could rate zero I would. Took my money, no communication, no item, no scope to collect as she won't provide an address and is now not responding to emails or messages.

Have reported her to trading standards and hope others do the same. Trading under several names with multiple websites: MT Interiors Yorkshire, Iron rose Home, Iron rose furniture. Instagram account set up so you can't comment and alert others to her scam, Facebook pages have been removed.

Absolutely disgusting person - Google MT Interiors Yorkshire and Reddit and tap the first link. I can't share the link because my review will become invalid, but please search and consider the type of person you're thinking of giving your money to (if you're reading this thinking about purchasing).

Ordered an item in honor of my father that passed and have waited over two months to get an answer, where it is.
I wish o would have read the reviews first how on earth are businesses like this allowed to operate

Please do not buy from here. I have waited and waited no furniture. Said had trouble with courier and would be six more weeks. I asked for a refund twice. They said had technical issues and to initiate a chargeback with my bank.
I am going to report this company to Action Fraud

I have also been scammed by this women - please report her to the Action Fraud team as I have done. They have currently told me that the more people report her to them, the higher chance of her being stopped!

Worst company ever! Take money, make promises, deliver rubbish and hid behind keyboards. It was only when my credit card company paid me my money back that Yorkshire furniture managed to come and collect the trash.

The showroom does not exist for MT Interiors Yorkshire, based in Sheffield, as a shop with opening times 2pm ~ 6pm. Delivery is one week then another and then 4~6wks. Pictures of the 2nd hand item you bought are marked sold then later appear to be on sale again. In my opinion the website is a complete scam and 'facebook' marketplace should ban Maggie/Magdalena from advertising there. Indeed a person who knows how to skip through loopholes.

DO NOT USE.
Took payment quick enough, then waited for 3 months and they told me it was 'still on its way' 3 weeks later I asked for refund which they said they were processing.. when it didnt arrive I emailed and they told me another company was holding on to their money so to take it up with my bank!

The communication lacks which made me feel it was a scam.
However, my TV unit that arrived today is beautiful and stunning.Very good quality, better than the advert. So for this reason I have added two more stars.
