Awful customer service. They market products on their website that they dont have in stock. I have been waiting for a refund for a product that I never received for 5 months.

I placed an order an 29th of July which I have been awaiting for since end of October. I requested cancellation and on the 28th of october they confirmed that refund will be issued. This is now 2 full weeks since and still no refund. I emailed twice since and no response. Very dissatisfied with the service considering how long I have been awaiting for my item.

Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company

Just searched this company here as I am not getting anywhere with my order. Like many they have taken my money but have only replied to one email saying they are processing my order and they will be in touch with delivery details. I have tried ringing too but you have to leave a message. I would love to know if the 5 star reviews are genuine?? Can anything be done about this company??
UPDATE: I have just been emailed by this company to say my order has been cancelled and I will receive a refund! Strange I got communication from them after posting this review?? I had hoped they would just update me and confirm a delivery date so here’s hoping I get my refund ASAP!

Beautiful furniture, speedy email replies and great communication running up to the delivery. Would 100% reccomend this company!

Ordered nearly a month ago. Had no delivery. Emailed three times and no response.

Really well built product. Good quality. Very pleased with overall look.

After chasing up the order that I placed on the 24th October I have just received an email to say that delivery is scheduled. I'm not holding my breath after reading all the very disappointing reviews. I'm initiating a chargeback as paid via debit card. It's not worth hanging around with scam companies.

Payment taken, weeks later, after ignoring my emails (conveniently phone line not available!) eventually had a response to offer several delivery dates…no surprise it NEVER ARRIVED.

Their website looks very professional and their stock looks beautiful, but don't be fooled.
I ordered a TV cabinet beginning of April 2021, paying up front on debit card. Only to be told the next day that it isn't in stock till end of May. As the unit was so unique and I fell in love with it, I decided to be patient. Come May I emailed ( as calling their number is a complete waste of time), Only to be told it would be next month. This has gone on and on, then finally I had enough, September I asked them for a refund, they responded almost immediately which is out of character for them, (normally you wait weeks for a response if any). They said they could deliver it the next day, I was over the moon and arranged for someone to be present, only to be emailed again an hour later to say they didn't put it on the delivery van. I then asked for a refund again, four weeks on, heard nothing else from them again.
Beyond me how they are allowed to trade! This has left me very angry and disappointed.

I've just taken delivery of cabinet I ordered online. Everything went smoothly, they confirmed my order, responded quickly to an email query, advised me of a delivery date and goods arrived on that date. Good price, can't fault this transaction. Would be happy to buy from again. I've seen the other bad reviews but these aren't consistent with my experience.

Unfortunately read the countless negative reviews after parting with my money. Once again another buyer with no goods or refund. Contacted them on countless occasions via email and tried ringing but surprise surprise they don't answer. Filed a charge back with my bank so hopefully should get my money back, only live 40 mins away from them so if I don't I will paying them a rather interesting visit soon!!!!

We bought a bar from this company for the corner of our room and I can honestly say we had a faultless transaction. It was at a great price, we were kindly informed of when it would be delivered, this was confirmed nearer the time, the item was delivered exactly when they promised and we were even given an email after to enquire if we were satisfied and to tell us that the legs for the item were in the drawer. We are pleased as punch with our shiny new corner bar and the service we were given. Couldn't fault it.

Avoid buying from this company at all…
Avoid buying from this company at all costs. They take your money but do not deliver and have dreadful customer service. They do not respond to emails unless you address the director personally. If you have paid by credit card, email to say you will carry out a charge back with your bank. Credit card companies do not look favourably on this. I did receive my money back once I threatened this. If you review this Company's filing history on Companies House (search Companies House - then search for CMTD Ltd - review filing history ), you will find out some more information that will help you conclude for yourself perhaps how dodgy this company is and also directors and the ultimate shareholder.

Non existent communication and no customer service , been waiting over 6 weeks for order and they are unable to keep me informed what is happening even when say thay will

Ordered some drawers in February still not received requested a refund but still not received going to take them to small claims court will not answer any emails

I am very disappointed at the customer service of this company. It has been 10 days since I ordered my bed and i gave a deposit of £50 as company policy apparently to secure my order but they haven't followed their company policy of delivering my bed I have been Trying to get in touch with them for two weeks now only for them to tell me that their driver had accident and they told me they'll deliver the this week yet they didn't even leave me a confirmation when it'll be arriving. I feel disgusted of the way I have been treated as a paying customer, I was reluctant to use this company in the first place as it was a social media company but I put trust in them only to be ignored and my money stolen.

Ordered an ‘In Stock’ item mid July and still no product despite paying upfront for goods. I have emailed and emailed requesting a refund and still nothing. Avoid this business and do not allow them to steal your hard earned money!
