I like so many others here didn’t read the reviews of this company before I ordered my item which I really wish I had. Ordered a display cabinet from this company at the end of December under the impression it was 7 day delivery as stated on their website and I still haven’t received my item to this day. After having my delivery date changed twice I decided enough was enough asked for a refund on the 24th February to be told it would take 28 days or less and yet again I’m still waiting for my money back. I have now raised a dispute with my bank in the hopes to get my money back. I now understand why their website states their phone line isn’t working!!! I imagine they’d end up un-plugging it with the amount of unhappy customers they must have. I couldn’t advise people enough to avoid this company!!!!!

Similar to many here, I've been a victim with this company. I was waiting months for a wine cabinet to come in stock. It finally did and I paid ~£300 in December 2020. The website said it would usually be delivered in 7 working days. Nearly 4 months since, I'm still waiting for my item to be delivered. I've tried to contact them numerous times, but get no response whatsoever. Pathetic customer service. I've raised this with my bank and they are now investigating.

Stay away from this business if you don't want to be out of pocket!

The worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life! Ordered an item of furniture over 4 months ago. Item was confirmed as in stock. My money was then taken and told it was out of stock. In stock date kept changing month on month with various excuses. I am now struggling to get a refund and I am having to go through my bank to try and retrieve the funds. Terrible communication and would never use this company again. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchase.

Worst experience ever avoid this company everyone.. They ignore your emails .. ordered an item wonderd where it was and when it was coming it took them 3 weeks to tell it was out of stock.. it was in stock when I placed my order.. totally carry on to get a response .. eventually got my refund after pestering them every day

Do not purchase from them. I, as so many others have said, wish I had read the reviews. My shelf has not been delivered, no idea when it will be delivered and the only thing I'm sure of now is that I should not have ordered anything from them. I am just glad I did not order the rest of the furniture I wanted, appualing.

I would like to express that further to communications with Chris regarding our outstanding deposit this has now been fulfilled and we are happy with the speedy response once communications were reinstated. In my opinion this demonstrates that Yorkshire furniture are a company that deliver and I wish them every success.

Really disappointed in this service and company. It started off well as I was moving house and they happily 'delayed delivery' for me. Since then I waited 3 months for them to ignore my requests for a delivery date. In January 2021 I asked for a refund and they said that this would take up to 28 days. Obviously this has not happened and they are now back to ignoring me and my request. How can a company take money without providing products!! This is theft in plain sight.
All I want is a refund.

Not a company but con artists. Do not give them your time and more importantly money. Purchased 3rd Dec. begged them to respond with delivery dates. Prosponed again and again. Finally 2 months later date came through for the following months delivery. Waited over 3 months in total day arrived get image sent its broken can you wait another month as we are out of stock. Demand refund this was in Feb now it March no correspondence or refund. Always read a company's reviews first I learned my lesson.

My experience with this company is similar to all other poor reviews. Waiting for a refund that never arrives. When I referenced the bad reviews on Trustpilot, I was told that they were for other businesses. Try tracking down this business's registered address with Companies House or tracking down the directors. Avoid at all costs!

They took my money but furniture was never delivered. Was fobbed off for 2 months with excuses of logistics but no one ever picked up the phone nor replied to my emails about getting a refund. I’m going to report to Trading Standards as they shouldn’t be in business. Since giving this review I have been threatened with legal action by this company if I fail to remove it within 24 hours. I refuse to do so and now have been told that they plan to take me to court for leaving this review.

Back in May 2020 I ordered three pieces of furniture from this company. Two of the items were delivered promptly and I am very pleased with them and the service I received. Unfortunately I was told that the third item was damaged in transit to their warehouse and I could either have a refund, an alternative item from their store or wait till the original item I had ordered came back into stock. I really wanted the item so I decided to wait although the item in question was in fact showing in stock on the website. Well I waited and waited patiently and in December 2020 after one of several inquiries I was advised the item had actually come back into stock and I would be contacted soon to arrange a delivery date. I was hoping to have the item by Christmas but I never heard back from them. In the new year my patience finally ran out when after hearing nothing I checked on their website to see the item was in fact showing- sold out. I have emailed three times asking for a refund for the £199.99 I paid for the item without any response. I strongly advise not to do business with this company.

Ordered a draw unit in Dec 20 and had to chase for delivery information. Was told a date but that came and went, following more chasing a shock that "Whilst preparing your order for dispatch in anticipation of delivery this weekend it has came to our attention that the cabinet is damaged. Unfortunately we do not have any further stock arriving with us as the item has been discontinued by the supplier. We will therefore cancel the order and a full refund will be issued, however if there is anything else suitable in its place please do let us know and we will adjust the order. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused." The item is still on sale on their webiste. I have asked for a full refund that I am still waiting on.

This company is a sham and should be avoided

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Wish I'd read the reviews also. Ordered a chest of drawers £249 on 9/11/20 payment took 10/11/20. No communication until I chased up in January and asked to cancel the order - emailed to say would be delivered 11/2/21 - still not received and still not replying to emails....please do not use this company!!

Another person who didn't read the reviews before ordering. Ordered end of the year, heard nothing till I chased, as told I'd soon get a delivery email with information. I did not. Emailed again and again, no response. Guess I'll be joining people chasing for a refund. Luckily I'm on credit card, so I do at least have a chance of getting it back, but not looking forward to the hassle.
Interesting that their phone number isn't obvious on their website - guess lots of people are having troubles.
Edit: Cancelled my order, asked for a refund. Told 14 working days, then 28 working days. Both have passed, no refund.

Worst company ive ever dealt with. No goods recieved, no communication. Had to go through my bank to gret the money back. On top of all that they e-mailed me with legal action for a review i left without acknowledging any of their faults.

Wish I had read these reviews first. Placed an order for furniture at the beginning of January 2021, confirmation received but then no communication. Did get a vague response in an email, about delivery in Feb. But nothing since. Have emailed and rung, will now be taking the matter up with my credit card company. Avoid this company like the plaque or covid.

Still no shelf or refund. Company do not reply to emails or answer phone. Starting to think it’s a scam with the amount of similar reviews :-(

Terrible. I paid up front for a desk costing £200. Nothing delivered. I eventually cancelled as nothing came. Have been emailing and phoning for a refund for months now... is VERY VERY POOR service. So ashamed that they are using the name of Yorkshire so badly.
