Have shopped at Yappy for two years now. Great gifts and cards for dogs and dog lovers. Always find something unique, great quality and excellent delivery service. Having name/photo of dog makes everything very personal and everyone loves their gifts!

Everything from Yappy is great quality.

And I am very pleased with the personalised calendar. It's the first time I've ordered one from Yappy, but I'm glad I did. It's for my sister, as a present from her dog to her. Quality issue
The blanket l ordered came, it was so thin, like teatowel not a blanket. For £30 l was expecting a fleece. Wont be buying off there again.

Yappy.Com a great company, with great staff
I have been using Yappy.Com for just over a year, and I have to say they are just great as a Company. Their Customer Service is probably the best I have experienced in many a year. If there has been an error in my order (my fault) where I missed a discount as soon as I contacted them then sorted it out for me, without a quibble. My last order which was a personalised mug had an issue, I contacted the team and within a couple of hours they had reordered it for me and it arrived today. I was made to feel that nothing was too much bother for them. They were both Friendly and Professional in their manner towards me and they even sent me a photo of their dogs to show how caring they are towards their customers. I will always be a returning customer to them as their products are great and very imaginative towards pets and how they market their products to suit the needs of their customers and their pets. Very well done to the Yappy Customer Service Team and their four legged friends. Thank You.

Christmas Milestone Cards - shockingly poor!
I bought the Christmas Milestone Cards. What an expensive waste of money! The cardstock used is so flimsy, and with a dark dog like mine, on a number of the cards you can barely make out the dog! Yet another disappointing product from Yappy; I have learned my lesson this time and will not be buying from them again.
As an update, Yappy have agreed that tje quality was not as it should be and have refunded me.

Although it comes with a heavy heart to read your words of woe, I have read over your correspondence with my colleague who didn't explicitly agree with you regarding the quality of our product and rather stated that your feedback will be passed onto our design team. This has now been actioned.
A gesture of goodwill was extended given your rich order history. Due to agreement of this, it is my colleagues belief that your issue/review has now been remedied.
Please accept my profuse apologies that on this occasion, you were displeased with the dark prints in this collection against your darker coloured chosen icon.
I understand that you may not desire to purchase with us in future days however we'd love to see you again so you can obtain our 5* experience that many have enjoyed.
