Best courier service I have used, so easy to book online and never had a problem with a booking or a driver turning up. The staff are honest when there could be delays which gives everyone the best chance of keeping our customers satisfied, an all round great business to deal with.

The delivery app are an excellent company, you pay for what you get and if you want a good service this is the company to go to, i have had to liase with their ops teams a few times to see what's going on, but they have always had the answers and get the job done, it's been a pleasure using them and we will continue to do so

DeliveryApp offers a service that is not only super difficult to come by, but even more difficult to pull off well - which they do! On multiple occasions I've needed to send items for work very last minute, and DeliveryApp was there to support me. They were both super fast and super communicative, even calling me to see if I was happy with the service on both times I've used it. This awesome group of people are the best in the biz, without a doubt.

Booking a delivery or just using the App to obtain a cost for a delivery is really easy. All you need is a collection and delivery postcode and then you just select the type and size of vehicle to obtain a cost. the costs are very competitive and the drivers are always punctual. we have never had an issue whilst using Delivery App and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Having never dealt with the DeliveryApp team before, the process was straight forward. booking and paying was easy. And cancellations were dealt with professionally. Having dealt with most of the major couriers over the years, the DeliveryApp team were good.

The portal is easy to use when booking and updates are regular. Managing jobs is very easy. Also very helpful whenever contacted by phone and quick to resolve any queries.
