Very disappointing
Have received flowers from Appleyard on a number of occasions and have been really pleased with them but my daughter sent me the Lunar bouquet for Mother’s Day and one of the roses was brown and mouldy and detached from the stem while another was heading the same way. Within a day or so all the roses were starting to go brown and withering. Contacted Appleyard and eventually, after numerous emails back and forth, got a replacement sent. This was supposed to arrive the following day but was delayed by the carrier for a day. While the replacement certainly was in better condition on arrival, 3 days on the roses are starting to go the same way as before. I’ve never had problems keeping flowers before and carefully follow the instructions. Very disappointing and certainly couldn’t recommend.
