We rented a car from Al Emad, and four months later they charged our credit card 2,310 AED for scratches without any prior notification. Since mid-July, we have been following up weekly, and even top management, including manager Farrukh, has assured us the matter would be resolved — yet no action has been taken. They have lost our trust twice: first by charging our card without notification, and second by handling the situation poorly with repeated unfulfilled promises. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

If you inquire about any car on their website and proceed with the booking, you’re still required to communicate with one of their representatives via WhatsApp. Inevitably, the car you booked is “not available,” and they’ll offer you alternative options — conveniently at a higher price — while making you wait for them to “confirm” availability. After all that waiting, the recommended car still isn’t available. They seriously need to update their website’s availability in real time and respond to customer inquiries promptly. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable.

The worst car rental ever in Dubai, untrusted company, to rent a car from them they would spark the world for you by giving you all like easy, but after renting and returning the car for a month they start to give you a lot of hidden charges and also they start to up use with money even to return the car they charge you additional for service, what makes more funny they are charging In legal money which charging you additional amount for salik which should the prices be fixed as per RTA, this is unbelievable car rental company and I don’t recommend anyone to rent from them.

Im waiting for a reply on how a 2 day rental at 236 AED turned into a extra 775.05 AED. Money was taken out of my account without contact of what extra charge was for.

I rented a car from them and they charged me over AED 2,400 for a tiny scratch, with zero proof of any actual repair.

They ignored my emails for over a month, until I threatened to go public. They even offered me a “discount” — clearly admitting the charges were unfair and made-up.

They invent fees (excess damage, admin fees, etc.) and refuse to show any garage invoice or breakdown. It’s a clear tactic to steal your deposit.

I’m filing an official complaint and I will continue to share this story publicly so no one else gets scammed like I did.

STAY AWAY from this agency if you value your money.

The service provided was highly unsatisfactory, and the car was in poor condition. Fortunately, I had taken comprehensive videos and photos of the car at the time of rental, which enabled me to demonstrate that the damages were pre-existing, contrary to the rental company's claims that they were new damages caused by me. Better to avoid this agency .

Stay away from these guys, they’re absolute criminals! I booked the care for 1 day, they dropped it off and were meant to pick it back up. They message me on evening of pick-up saying they don’t have any drivers available to collect so I just had the car sitting there. 2 further days later they get in touch and as me to bring it to their office as they’re charging me for every additional day it’s in my possession. How am I being charged if you’re unable to collect your vehicle at the scheduled time???

They force-charged my credit card for the additional days even though I was very clear in my communication that I only required it for 1 day. Stay away from them, they’re very unprofessional too. Terrible service. Won’t be using them again.

Take care people this company is full of criminals! I paid all the fines and everything which was pending showing them the proofs and the photos each time. This summer they gave a damaged car and I wrote to the them all the day that the car was not working. They never replied and I found myself at midnight in the desert with a damaged car. I refused to pay the damages and they took from my credit 10 0000 aed. On Sunday now I ll go to the police

If I could give 0 I would rented a car for 14days. But ended up paying 4 times the price I paid fines which I didn’t even remember violating they said I crossed illegal lanes in Dubai charge me for scratches under the car worst of all deducted money from a friends card just because it was used to do a payment and at the end of all this I didn’t even get a discount honestly they will go to what ever length to get money from the client my advice don’t rent a car from this company don’t be a victim

Don't go here to rent a car. I rented a car here with all-inclusive insurance. When I returned my car everything was fine and I could go. After 1 month I get a whatsapp message that damage has been found and that they have reserved an amount from my credit card.

If I could give 0 I would!

I need someone to give me a true or false. I rented a Mazda 3, 2025 model. Honestly speaking I was on my way to Ajman and the road was busy. So we were going slowly, and stop, one time when I released the brake, while the car was in DRIVE, it automatically moving back, and that was a worse experience, luckily the driver behind me kept a distance a and he passed me on my left side of the road and the other driver passed me on the right.

Suddenly the car stops, hazard was on and all cars were passing by me either on left or right.

If there is any one who was on the same road on 27.02.2025, around 5-8, could agree. But this happened 3 times.

So I return the Mazda 3, and I try to explain the guy on the counter he says there is no way a car to move back ward while in the DRIVE, I told if not that the guy behind me was not smart enough, I could damage his car, because my Mazda 3, was going back ward.

They disagree, they told me I have a five in Abu Dhabi, but they can’t event tell me on which road and under which speed limit, he said the fine was AED270, and to pay with him it will be AED307, so I paid but I felt like he scammed me because he can’t give me all details.

I was told that for 2 days I will have 400km, if I exceed they will charge me 0.39fils, again I was over charged, I know we are all busy in Dubai, but it’s not a good customer service anymore when you only want to take money without clear information or explanation in terms of billing.

I told them I will go again but I think their office is busy but they really need to focus, else they are good and they just need to improve on the straightforward with customer m, don’t say 5min the car is ready when is not.

Professional, speaking their own luggage in front of your customer who don’t understand you, it’s a big no no and not a good etiquette.

I am not going to teach you everything but I have been in customer service for a while so I know.

The picture and the car isn’t same, they send for me scratch and dirty car and they charge me too much

i give 3* coz when i get car no Car play,but i ask them ? .. there is CarPlay inside, so when i drive and i would like to connect in my iPhone theres no CarPlay :( ofcourse im dissapointing,,,,to turn over to the customer they not giving enough orientation about the car you renting....and the car is to much Damage and scratch.
About violation they explain to us ,1500AED our Deposit and the Deposit can be have it complete after 30Days but i recieved after 35Days but still ok.
and i paid 3x Salik the day i bring back car ,.... so that my Deposit 1500AED i get full in my CreditCard, No Problem .. And keep all my reciept from the beginning and the car has 7/8 Bars fuel almost full ..Thanks Mr.Josep (Pinoy) and Mr. Shoukat the Car Inspector

Fraud, I will never forget.I paid them the fines,
But they didn't pay it to the government...I still have to pay again.Their guy is so bad and shamless.the expérience is a nightmare.

Renting a car was a breeze with them. They had a great selection of cars, and the booking process was super easy. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience renting a car through them on my trip to Dubai. Everything went smoothly and the staff was great too.
