I'm reading the reviews of others on this page and I'm surprised as most of the reviews are the same. Imad car rental company is a Froud. they purposely don't inform us about the rule they follow that is to inform one day before the date of car return, they always come up with a story saying drivers are not available so we have to pay one-day extra charge.

They always charge extra and refuse to arrange a pick-up, even if it was scheduled on the same day as the delivery. Additionally, they do not listen even when provided with evidence that the correct amount has been paid. Dont trust this company. All the customer representatives weren't helpful at all.

I do not advise anyone to deal with this company

They refuse to return my deposit
Not only the service is really bad, but they just didnt refund my deposit saying I never gave a deposit.
The day i went for the car, i paid by card but the Filipino lady in the JLT branch asked me for 1000 aed cash as deposit
I went to he bank and witthrow the money and i thought she put the proof of payment in the envelope she gave me with the car rental invoice, but there was not such a thing,
When i returned the car, i request for the deposit and they said i didnt pay any deposit.
They refused to see the video records, and they didnt allow me to talk to the filipino lady that took my money.
They blocked me so i cannot contact them.
It is incredible how they can operate and just take the money like this.

Elle ma facturée 1 jour de location en plus alors que j'ai rendu la voiture à l'heure convenu.
Sur place, une responsable était d'accord sur le principe du jour de trop de facturé. Elle me dit de prendre son numéro pour faire une demande de remboursement par whatsapp. Après 3 relances sur whatsapp, elle me répond qu'on ne me remboursera pas.
Vraiment pas honnête de sa part, je ne recommande à personne de traiter avec une entreprise ayant ce genre de comportement.
J'avais l'habitude de louer chez eux mais là ils m'ont énormément déçu. Je recommande d'aller chez europcar ils sont mieux et moins chère.

My personal opinion, I would not recommend this place . I rented a car recently and they asked to me put 1000 aed deposit on my credit card . When I returned the car they told me they will send me deposit after 30 days . They dint release my deposit after 30days . I had to text and call them. After 35 days they released my deposit by subtracted 52 Durham for car cleaning. I did not authorized them to charge me for cleaning the car . The cleaning is part of running business . They refused to refund me cleaning fee after I emailed the manger to in charge . Do not rent u been warned of my experience.

We should have option to give negative stars. This company is full of scammers. Hope I had seen the reviews before renting from them. Firstly they overcharged for almost a tearing apart car, filthy, not clean. Then they deliver the car 3 hrs late, come to pick up the car 7 hrs late late night. Then they try to charge you for a full day of rental when they come to pick up the car so late due to their own fault. They do not take photo of fuel when taking over the car but after a day and not sure after driving how many ever kms. After 4 weeks, misuse your card details and charge you for fuel unauthorised. Right hand does not know what left hand is doing. Paid amount via bank transfer and they are not able to reconcile. This company should be put on the radar and closed for misusing customer card details. Complete nightmare and unnecessary hassel. Do not even ask for a quote from this company. Not worth your time.

Am a 1st timer with renting a car, and have had the most traumatic experience. Car was delivered 2 hour ++ late, after making quite a few calls, and in a most unhygenic state. Handing over was a different challenge, with no one turning up to take back the car. Was told to leave the car in the Parking lot.. getting the refund was not easy either.. Al Emad should take some drastic steps towards improving service

Terrible experience with this people. First I was handed a car with the wiper broken, so after almost begging to fix it, they decided to change the car for another, which was not inspected by me or by the agent in my presence and there's was no damage report filed. When the rental was over and I returned the card I was told that there was a scratch not reported on the form, and I was need to be charged for it. I told them I didn't do or got any inspection from the person that handed me the car, but in order no to get in further arguing, I told them I had paid for the full insurance cover so that wouldn't be a problem. But then they say to me that it's going to cost me the same as if a pay the damage since I would need a police report for the damage and the cost was the same.

Received a car with 'check engine' sign which also makes noises. Technical support advised to go to petrol station to fix it. If issue not resolved today will raise a complaint with the Ministry as no one should be allowed to give rental cars which are not properly maintained.

The worst car rental service, the customer service. I had an appointment at 11:00AM and they never showed up, when i ask the the customer service guy name Azu he start screaming at me. Very unprofessional manners i don’t know how he can work in customer service with this kind of attitude. The worst behavior human, no sympathy to help the customer. How can someone like him work in costumer service. Very ill mannered and rude.

This place is not even worth 1 star. They are a scam. Please do not rent with them online or from their branches. They will never refund your deposit and will charge your card.

I rented a car in May and returned before the due date. While bringing the car they handed over at around 11pm midnight where you cannot see any visible damages. The car had a minor scratch which was not visible as it was polished and delivered and impossible to notice . They reduced 473.00 AED for a minor scratch which was not even in the car body. And the way their staff behaves to the customer is very rude and they are not willing to listen nor prove it was caused new. To anyone who is renting please take delivery during day and take complete pictures . Worst experience ever.

- bad dirty cars
- bad service, never take a service call even in urgent things.
- chased my deposit for 8 month and they kept it for a damage already existing in the car
- Rude staff
- complete Scam

The worst customer service ever
For the car replacement they brought me a dirty inside and outside car which had some problems and they brought a car without the petrol ,and the driver was trying to convince me that it’s an error, on top of that he was late for 1.5 hour ! And when I gave them a car for service with low petrol tank - they want me to charge 280 aed (for Chevrolet spark where is the full tank is 90aed )
After that they brought one more replacement but also dirty inside! Third time when they brought a car replacement- it has an error on dashboard showing that there is a problem with the tire… but again they said it’s just a sensor problem…and after 2 days they tire went flat !
Impossible to reach out a Dubai marina branch !
People who work there really extremely unprofessional! They even answer in WhatsApp after 24 hours not even the same day !
It was waste of time with them and waste of my nervous!
Highly don’t recommend to deal with them !

Completely horrible support.. They don't know how to deal with customers whatsoever. Paid taxi to go there telling Me that it's not ready and to be back after 2 hours. I left. 10 minutes after, they told me to come back and they won't even reimburse my taxi rides nor offer free drop offs. Do not use them.
